Great place in a great area. Place is well stocked and we will likely be back. Only negatives were the beer fridge wasn’t working and we ran out of TP, but other than that, perfect.

Thank you for staying with us in Suncadia, and hopefully our 2 inside refrigerators were able to handle your beer for your weekend. I'm disappointed that you did not contact me for extra toilet paper when you ran out of the 20 rolls. I always have extra supplies in the locked closet. Suncadia in July is a beautiful month to visit, and hopefully you enjoyed our provided bicycles (at no additional charge), and took advantage of the walking trails throughout the resort. One of the trailheads is located in the quiet cul de sac where our home is located. Our patio is spacious and encircled with beautiful trees for privacy, and we also have a gas fed fire pit to enjoy, as well as our guests' favorite, the hot tub! Thank you for your 10/10 rating!

Thank you for your shout out that you were glad that you all returned to our home for the second time! That's such a compliment and we appreciate it. Not all homes in Suncadia are equal so a savvy traveler will read each listing, and even email the host with any little question they may have, before booking. I appreciate all communication from guests since I provide you with first hand knowledge of the home, I'm not a property manager who possibly has never walked into a home. I own this home and I maintain it. I'll pass along to our hard working cleaning staff, your positive comment on the cleanliness of our home. We appreciate your 10/10 rating and we would be honored to host you and your family in the near future! Thank you again!

Our hard working home maintenance team is the best there is, so I'm glad to read that you noticed their work. Not all homes are equal, so we appreciate your mentions of plenty of supplies in the home as well that your need of supplies was met. We furnish the home with comfort and safety in mind, but also for fun and a refreshing change of pace from back home. A weekend getaway is sometimes all this is needed. Thank you again for your review, and for caring for our home. We appreciate it!

We appreciate you and your friends staying with us in late July and it sounds like your group did some cooking on our nice, large gas range and enjoyed friendly competition in our game room, aka: garage. Thank you for your shout out about our warm and clean hot tub, a favorite all year long. Woo hoo for your 10/10 rating of your stay, thank you. You are all welcome back anytime!

So so happy to hear that our home worked out perfect for your stay, especially since you had a wedding to help manage. Our home is located on a quiet cul de sac and it's a bit safer for little ones to ride our bikes and scooters on, compared to one of the main roads. Note: all streets and roads in Suncadia are no parking allowed. This does allow for safer walking, riding and jogging. All vehicles must park on the homeowners paved driveways, and you'll appreciate that once you're in the resort. Thank you for selecting our home and we hope that if you ever return to Suncadia, you'll consider staying with us again. Thank you for your 10/10 rating!

The best reviews mention coming back again, so thank you for posting that you loved our house plan. Our home is located in the original neighborhood of Suncadia, close to Battista Park, The Lodge, Swiftwater Cellars and the golf courses. Entrance to the timbered trails is right at our driveway so easy to hop on with our bikes, provided at no additional fees, or snowshoes for snowy season, also no charge. Our garage is not used for parking cars, but for parking all of our bikes, ping pong table, shuffle board table, and giant connect 4. It's our official game room and a favorite of our guests. Our driveway will accommodate at least 4 cars, a couple more of smaller size. Suncadia requires all vehicles to be parked on the asphalt of the owner's driveways, to keep the clean look and safety of the Resort, which we all enjoy, but may not realize why. Thank you for your 10/10 rating, and thank you for caring for our home.

We also provide hot tub towels in various colors. In winter, if the roads are clear of snow, bundle up for a bike ride in winter. We would love for you to get outside and enjoy the scenery. Thank you for your referral to travelers that you recommend our home to anyone. Our home is located in a quiet cul de sac, and it's a perfect place for little ones riding our scooters or bikes to stay close and within view. Our driveway can fit at least 4 large vehicles, and a few more if smaller cars. Suncadia has a parking ordinance that all guests and residents must follow, but, with no parking on the streets or vegetation, it adds to the upscale feel of the beautiful resort and doesn't look like a parking lot of busy weekends. With only one other home nearby, it's safe for riding bikes, scooters and playing outside. The trail system is also accessed easily just at the end of the driveway. Suncadia has miles of paved trails, and our bikes and scooters are enjoyed just about every month of the year. We do not charge any extra for our bikes, unlike other homes. Thank you Rachel for staying with us in April, which is a beautiful month in the Resort. Blue skies and fresh air are even more evident against the tall fir and pine trees that tower to the clouds. Our bikes are a favorite of our guests and with our selection of sizes, everyone has something to ride. Enjoying the outdoors on wheels is so much fun. Our home is perfect for multiple generations and we're pleased that it worked for your family! Laurie

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Our family has enjoyed the Suncadia experience for many years, and ultimately decided to buy this beautiful home. We hope that your family and friends will enjoy the coziness of the living area, and the seclusion and spaciousness of the patio, as we do. Suncadia has presented our family with wonderful experiences that we all have shared together; some traveling from as close as Seattle and Lake Stevens, some flying up from Santa Rosa, California and also Lantana, Texas! It's an exceptional destination we enjoy visiting for relaxation, socializing, cooking, wine tasting, walking, running, biking and golfing. We'd like you to experience these wonderful family moments while enjoying your time in our Suncadia Vacation Rental Home.
