NEWLY BUILT 2 BEDROOM 2 BATH CONDO IN FLORES DE LA COSTA. Finished in 2019, this condo is virtually new and fully furnished, including all beach accessories, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and beach matt. Also available for outdoor activities are pool noodles, boogie boards and a surf board! Board games and books available to enjoy at the pool or beach. Access the beach from the building's private beach access. No detail has been overlooked. This condo is immaculate. There is a king size bed in the master and full size bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have en-suite full baths. There is also a stackable full-size washer and dryer in the unit's laundry room. The pool is heated and perfectly sized for the buildings 14 units occupants. Balcony access from both the living room and master enjoys table and chars so you can enjoy the beautiful view and idyllic climate. The Space Coast awaits.

Perfect condo for our trip!
This condo was perfect for our trip. Perfect location, size and comfort. It had everything we needed. (Especially kitchen, fully stocked) 2 bathrooms were key. The kitchen, living and dining was all open, so we could all hang out. We went to Disney Parks and it was so close. Best of both worlds, because the beach was RIGHT THERE, with a quick walk to the pier, which had some great restaurants and bars. We were also able to walk to another yummy restaurant. Beach was clean and beautiful. Absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back.

Beach fun
Our stay was great. Condo was new. Very secure. And best of all right on the beach! A 5 minute walk to the Cocoa Beach pier where they have a lifeguard on duty. So it’s good for kids. Dave and his staff were great. Responsive and friendly. The area has a ton of restaurants within walking distance, or a very short drive. We will be back.

Beach Oasis
Our group of 4 could not have had a better experience while staying at this amazing property. With the building only being a few years old it made for a very luxurious stay. The property has beach access and very nicely located with restaurants, grocery, and other amenities within walking distance. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a stay here!

Cocoa Beach is convenient to a major airport and has all of the things I enjoy and more, to include a ton of local restaurants, bars, breweries, entertainment and people watching for days, not to mention rocket launches. Flores is a newly built condo, with all the amenities I wanted and room to relax.
