Welcome to Kapalua Ridge Villa 812, where Hawaiian charm meets modern comfort. This spacious and beautifully appointed condo offers sweeping ocean views from every room and lanai, making it a perfect retreat for your Maui getaway. This two-bedroom condo features amenities such as air conditioning, free high-speed wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with 2 California King beds in the bedrooms, a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area and private lanais.

This spacious and modern condo has been thoughtfully upgraded to ensure maximum comfort. It boasts individual control split air conditioning in each room, allowing guests to set their preferred temperature. The villa also features sweeping ocean views from every room and lanai, adding to its charm and appeal.

Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities, including beach chairs, towels, and linens. The adjacent pool house offers a free reading library and gas BBQs for guest use.

West Maui truly has it all, for an unforgettable vacation. From the stunning beaches of Kaanapali and Napili Bay to the lush hiking trails of West Maui, there's something for everyone. Nice condo and location, great snorkeling close by. We also enjoyed the pool and grill area. Unfortunately, the Plantation and Bay golf courses were shut down due to drought just before we arrived. Look forward to a future stay when the golf courses reopen and the whales are migrating.

So peaceful and great view!

This villa was one of our favorite stays in Maui and we've been visiting Oahu/Maui for almost 30 yrs. The villa was very clean and quiet. Very comfortable living room, and the view was wonderful. Communication with Quam was fantastic, and the starter pack of products was very helpful. We loved this property and close access to the Ritz Carlton store and restaurants. Napili beach was great as well. We look forward to staying at this villa again!

Amazing location!

We always stay at The Ridge and have a wonderful time exploring Kapalua and Maui’s west side. Unit is spacious and has beautiful views and it’s whale season so we enjoyed watching them from the lanai every day. Valerie at Quam Properties was great and very responsive.

Great location - views, quiet and easy access to great beaches and restaurants. Unit was very clean and very well appointed. No need to rush to store to buy supplies other than groceries. Great job!

Wonderful Location and beautiful accommodations

We loved our stay! It was a terrific vacation, added by the beautiful surroundings of our accommodations, inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with dish ware and cookware. The beds were comfortable and the living area was spacious. The back patio was the highlight of the stay as it was wonderful waking up to such beautiful views. The location to the pool was wonderful and the pool was enjoyable- including the grills on the premises. Also, the property management team was amazing- we had a small issue with a leak in the kitchen sink and they had someone out within ten minutes of us calling them (and repaired in 20 minutes). They are very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Place

Found this place the last night before our arrival after a different management company has issues with another unit. Great unit with views of the ocean from the main room and lanai. Kitchen was very nice and two bedrooms very cozy. 3 bathrooms. Washer and dryer was nice to have as well. Very clean and updated unit. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to Ritz and shops on Office Rd.

Perfect location, spacious condo

We truly enjoyed our stay. The shuttle service to the beach, restaurants, shops- even the spa-was incredibly convenient. We could all do whatever we wanted. Location is great- steps to the pool area with full kitchen. We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony. It was hard to leave.

Amazing place to stay!

We had a party of 5 including kids and it was perfect for us. Plenty of room, gorgeous views, and it was exactly as advertised. The location was awesome for walking or short, easy drives to everything Kapalua has to offer. I would highly recommend staying here!
