LE MEILLEUR EMPLACEMENT DE MAUI, AUSSI, LE MEILLEUR EMPLACEMENT DU COMPLEXE !!! C'EST LE PARADIS!!! Nous avons entiÚrement rénové notre villa en mai 2010 et les rénovations extérieures du bùtiment ont été achevées en mai 2012.

Profitez de belles vues sur l'ocĂ©an et le coucher du soleil. J'Ă©tais juste lĂ  et depuis ma vĂ©randa, nous avons regardĂ© les baleines se briser. Vous adorerez nos superbes vues sur l'ocĂ©an, le parcours de golf et l'Ăźle de Lanai. Ce condo au rez-de-chaussĂ©e est sur le 10e fairway et Ă  distance de marche de 5 plages oĂč vous pourrez faire de la plongĂ©e avec des tortues de mer gĂ©antes, nager, pagayer ou bronzer. Vous pouvez Ă©galement profiter de super surf Ă  proximitĂ©. Les plages sont gĂ©niales! Nagez dans l'une des 4 piscines du complexe.

Vous pourrez également profiter de réductions sur le golf et le tennis sans frais de service.

Le complexe propose gratuitement une navette porte-à-porte climatisée du complexe Kapalua vers les plages, les restaurants, le Ritz Hotel, les parcours de golf, les courts de tennis, les magasins Kapalua et le magasin général.

Vous adorerez nos armoires sur mesure en bois Koa et nos comptoirs en granit partout ainsi que les sols en porcelaine dans le salon, la cuisine et les salles de bains, ainsi que le tapis dans les chambres. Nos salles de bain ont de belles douches en porcelaine. Nous avons meublé la villa avec des meubles de style plantation partout. Nouveaux lits Simmons Beautyrest haut de gamme. Il y a trois téléviseurs à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et Internet sans fil haut débit, de nouveaux appareils, y compris une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Il y a un lit King dans la chambre principale et deux lits jumeaux dans la 2Ăšme chambre qui peuvent ĂȘtre transformĂ©s en King. Nous avons Ă©galement un troisiĂšme lit jumeau dans la deuxiĂšme chambre et un lit gonflable Queen ainsi.

Great villa in a great location. Easily walkable to the beach and many nearby restaurants. The villa was extremely clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Communication from the owner was excellent, providing lots of information on the property and the surrounding area. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Loved the location of the golf villas - gorgeous view and we enjoyed being on the ground floor. It’s so close to Kapalua Bay you can just hop down there in less than 10 minutes for a swim anytime. Had a fun lunch at the Burger Shack on the beach on the Ritz property, and we love the sushi at the bar at the Ritz too! Kapalua never disappoints, even without the Bay Course open right now. Mahalo for your kind hospitality.

Excellent condo & location

Stayed here for 9 days for our Maui family vacation. Condo was as advertised and exactly as described, super clean and a good supply of all non-food items (like dishwasher detergent, soap, etc). The views of the golf course are beautiful and there’s enough of an ocean view to still enjoy in the mornings. Kapalua beach and coastal trail is only 10min walk away (there is a grade but it’s not steep). Interactions with the property managers was always prompt and helpful (messaged Jill & Sandy 8-10 times during our stay). We would stay here again without a doubt.

Beautiful condo with breath taking views

Thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this beautiful condo. My daughter, son in law and their two babies ( 2 yrs and 5 months) couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting. Breath taking views of the ocean and golf course, easy walk to several beaches-even with the littles. Lots of dining options nearby, amazing coastal trail which is an easy trek for the family as well. The condo had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and the communication before and during was exceptional. We will definitely return in the future.

Wonderful stay!

The villas were beautiful and clean. There were several pools in the complex and tennis courts. The golf course was in pristine condition. The villa was easily walkable to the beach and several other resort properties. Great location for a great stay!

Beautiful Condo

We had a lovely stay. SO quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the gorgeous views every morning and evening. Condo was very clean and we had plenty of space. The 2 beaches, Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay were a short 10 minute walk and we got up every morning to do our daily snorkel when it was nice and calm. We got to swim with the Honu every day. Doesn't get much better than that!

Kapalua vacation

Kapalua is the prettiest place on Maui. The accommodations at this Golf Villa is perfect. The view in the location to three of the most beautiful beaches in Maui is outstanding. Do you have a wonderful view of the ocean and portions of the golf course. The condominium itself is wonderful And it is well stocked for whatever cooking you like to do when we return we will definitely stay here at the geoff Villa

Beautiful property/location

Great property and beautiful location. The kitchen had everything a person needs for meal preparation. The view from the lanai of the golf course and ocean was perfect. Had an issue with an appliance during our stay, unfortunately the property manager was unable to communicate with us properly to resolve the situation. Aside from complete lack of communication, the property and our vacation were fantastic.

Excellent vacation

We loved this villa! We were on island for a wedding and stayed at this villa. Firstly, they were able to accommodate our request for early check-in even though they had someone checking out that day. This was a huge plus as we had wedding rehearsal early that evening. The villa was bigger than expected, very clean, and well stocked with necessities. Excellent view of the ocean and golf course. Communication with the property manager was amazing and she was more than happy to assist. Great location and easy to find. It is a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable!!

I have been to most of the islands in the world and I truly believe the Kapalua area of Maui is the most beautiful of them all. It is PARADISE!! You will never tire of the wonderful view. Even though Maui is a huge tourist destination, this area is very peaceful. I have furnished it as though I live there myself. You will love the furnishings and my beds and linens are great!
