APATB III Building 2 Unit 2-A L'unité est un condo avec vue sur l'océan au premier étage au deuxième étage face à la piscine. Il s'agit de deux unités de construction du Sands Ocean Club et du bar de plage Ocean Annie au 9530 Shore Drive. Belle vue sur l'océan 2 chambres 2 salles de bain Condo peut accueillir 6 personnes sur des lits et 7ème sur un canapé. LES LINGE ET SERVIETTES SONT INCLUS. Il peut également y avoir des parasols, des planches de skim et des chaises de plage disponibles pour votre usage.

Ceci est un condo côté plage sur la première rangée offrant un quartier calme et familial à proximité de North Myrtle Beach, SC avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis le balcon au deuxième étage d'un complexe de 3 étages.

L'établissement est idéalement situé à 1,6 km des magasins d'usine Tanger. Ocean Annie’s - un bar en front de mer avec de la musique live gratuite et de la danse sur la plage est à deux portes. Vous pouvez profiter d'une promenade tôt le matin jusqu'à la jetée à 800 mètres, pêcher au large de la jetée ou pêcher en haute mer et dîner dans les meilleurs restaurants de fruits de mer. Les spectacles de Broadway, Dixie Stampede et Alabama Theatre sont à une courte distance en voiture.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et les serviettes, le savon, le linge de maison et le savon à vaisselle sont fournis, mais les nécessités personnelles comme le papier toilette supplémentaire, le shampoing, le dentifrice et les chaises de plage ne sont pas fournies. 3 téléviseurs, haut-parleur Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, planches à vagues, chaises de plage et parasol peuvent être disponibles.

Pour des raisons d'assurance, ne peut louer un condo à quiconque ayant une adresse postale non américaine.

Nice, clean condo with ocean views. Hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint was the water pressure throughout, but that may be a building issue. We never could get the master bedroom A/C to work but we figure the remote batteries were dead and it was April, so not really hot. But for a long weekend, the place was perfect.

Family vacation

Had an amazing stay at this condo! We love this area! Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Excellent place to stay

The place was clean and comfortable. Location of unit was perfect on second floor at the front. Owners have great communication with renters, all questions answered quickly and very friendly.

Wonderful location and kind host

This is a wonderful location if you’re looking to stay right by the beach. It is closest to the parking lot. Samer was incredibly kind and helpful when we required assistance. We did encounter a few bugs in the condo during our stay which was unfortunate. The floor does make a good bit of noise when you step on it which was a bit stressful with two small children sleeping.

Perfect location

This was my first time in Myrtle Beach, location was perfect. Weather wasnt great, definately will not be returning in on Spring break, maybe May or June but will definitely consider this property again.

Vacation 2021

We had a great time staying here. It’s the perfect location and easy beach and parking lot access. Have stayed here many times and other than the second bedroom being kind of hot, we love it. The owner is very nice to communicate with.

Cozy and convenient

We had another great stay at this condo. We were there for two weeks this time and dined at a few restaurants we’ve never been to before. The weather was beautiful, and the condo was great! The owners are nice and accommodating.

Golf vacation

Adequate lodging for 2 golf buddies. Property is an older condo but nicely furnished. Unit itself is somewhat dated but knew that going in. Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Property has bizarre fencing that makes it difficult to walk to nearby restaurants etc. Parking lot gets flooded. Guard station at entrance to parking lot isn’t used and should be removed. Was strange that property owner asked us to send them reminders to provide property entry information.

Thank you for your response, the guard station is not always manned and is only man periodically to cut cost. It is always Man the month of July. We change our passcode periodically so to stay current we like the tenants to let us know the week they will be there so we give them the latest key code. VRBO, Gmail, and other communication platforms tend to sometimes have a lag and I found that text messaging is the nearest real time communication other than a phone call.
