Had a great stay in this pristinely clean condo so close to the beach. Beautiful balcony view of beach and ocean and was happy to see dolphins swimming offshore most mornings.

Location, location, location. The place is right on the beach great location beautiful view off the deck. The ocean is so close loved walking on the beach every morning to watch the sunrise. The place was clean could use a little bit of updating. It had everything we needed.

Very clean condo with a great view

The property has two nice pools and two nice grilling areas. The condo is very convenient to the beach, so much that I didn’t need my beach wagon. I highly recommend this super clean condo if you’re ok with stairs.

2023 Myrtle Beach vacation

Family and friends all came to MB for a wedding. We all stayed at A Place at the Beach III. Our condo was very accommodating to my family. Was a little outdated but very clean.

This condo was just as listed! Very clean, and the property manager was amazing to work with. She had us in extra early because of how well she manages the cleaning schedule! Everything was clean, she was easy to get in touch with, and we had a wonderful time!

Our stay at Place at the Beach III

Nice little place. Other than the stairs it’s a great place to stay. It’s right on the beach couldn’t get any closer. Rachel is such a pleasant person to work with. It would’ve been great if the weather was nice. It was cold and windy 😡 all in all, I would rent this place again.

Location Location Location

We have stayed in various other units on this property. The parking in this building was most convenient. This unit was brighter and more updated. We had one issue while there but the communication with the property manager was quick and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. You just cannot beat this location if you want to be on the beach! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

This place was just what we wanted. Quiet, clean, and close to just about everything you could ask for. Renting the Linen was no big deal at all and costs absolutely nothing. Thank you so much!!!! We cannot wait to be back again next year!!!! A+++++

Absolutely perfect!

This vacation was absolutely perfect and everything we could of hoped for. Rachael was just amazing to work with. We had some complications with our room prior to arriving and she was on top of everything, with calling me to inform me, moving our room, which happened to be an even better room and more accommodating for us, as we had our 3 year old daughter with us. She made sure we had everything we need, gave us some coupons the next day for some restaurants. She was just overall absolutely amazing to work with and made our stay even more enjoyable! 10/10 and highly recommend! We will definitely be back soon! Thank you for making our first family vacation absolutely perfect!

Fantastic vacation area

We found one Palmetto bug in our room upon arrival. They are an unpleasant site. My grandson spent two nights with us and had several bites on him the next mornings. We took him to urgent care and they said it was bedbugs. My husband thoroughly searched the room and no evidence of bed bugs. (He knows what to look for) The pharmacist told us it was sandfleas. Other thank that we had a great stay and a wonderful time. We will be back next year.

Wonderful

The Beach Haven was one our favorite condos we've ever stayed in. The balcony was wonderful, and the beach was only a few steps away. The condo is on the third floor which could be a problem if you can't climb steps but was fine for the four of us. I just felt very accomplished when I made it to the top! We set up our umbrellas and chairs early in the morning and wasn't worried about leaving them up all day. Communication and check in was great. You do have to take your own linens unless you want to rent theirs. The coffee pot doesn't use K-cups, but Kroger is only a mile away. We also used the dishware and it's not high end but worked fine for us because we like to eat in. Overall, I would be thrilled to stay there again.
