New floor coverings, total bath, counter tops and plumbing in 2021. 2 queen bedrooms with double closets, huge laundry with newer appliances, roll a way bed, vanity and sink. Charming well supplied kitchen, 3 smart TV's with antennas for local channels, private secure wifi . Deck with fire table and grill. (guests charging electric cars will agree to a $5 daily charging fee)

This was a very enjoyable stay. The property and everything inside was set up extremely well with the enjoyment and comfort of guests in mind. The cozy kitchen is very well equipped with everything from A to Z. All of the rooms are big and very bright during the day, and also well lit at night. The furnishings and thoughtful decorations make the house feel very homie. There were large closets in the bedrooms and big dressers which were welcome treat. I would definitely stay here again. The added PLUS for me was the nicely sized deep and wide one car garage, it was the perfect spot my full sized car.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 weeks to visit family and take a break from the Fl. heat.This home was perfect for us. Just out of town in a wonderful neighborhood. Still close enough for an easy drive to many restaurants and bars. The home was very clean with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything needed to cook or use the grill on the outside deck. Cindy, the owner, was a great host and neighbor and made sure you needed nothing to fully enjoy your stay. We would recommend this home for anyone visiting the Bay City area.

This is a lovely location and the home was welcoming! Stopped with the basics, comfortable beds/sheets, awesome shower, water, pressure and a washer. Dryer for convenience. Felt like my home away from home… No problems with Wi-Fi or streaming from my phone. Wouldn’t hesitate to book!

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The house was warm and inviting as well as being nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable. There was a garage available to store your car and give you access to the house without having to walk through the snow. The host was very accommodating and communicated well. Would definitely stay again and would recommend it for your stay in the Bay City area.

Saginaw Bay fishing.

We arrived to find the property in a very pleasant and secure location.Conveniently located to boat launches.Plenty of restaurants, bars and convenient stores, within a short distance. The property was very clean and well kept. It was a wonderful experience to stay there. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely love staying here. Cindy is very attentive and responsive and her home is clean and conveniently located. The large yard allowed us to have guests over and spend some time outside and she provided a grill and outdoor chairs for us to use. The home has a garage which has direct access to the house and that was very convenient, especially on rainy days. She’s the best and we look forward to staying there again next year!

Nice Unit With Easy Access To Bay City

Essexville Stay

Very cozy cottage with nice beds, clean bath and kitchen.Living area furniture needs to be replaced with something a bit more comfortable. After being on the Lake all day, it was hard to relax on the high-back chairs provided.
