Waterbuggs Place Cottage A

This 1 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 5 and has a double bed, twin XL bed and pull out queen size sofa. There is a large living room and dining area perfect for watching TV and relaxing after a day of fishing or hunting.

There is NO kitchen in this cottage, but does include a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

There is a covered fish cleaning station with electricity and running water so you can avoid the long lines at the marina. The large backyard has a fire pit and a BBQ/Smoker is available for use as well.

This is our second time staying here. We love the location. It has everything we need for a quick trip to fish for a few days. Spacious parking for our boat and truck. The fish cleaning station out back is perfectly set up to clean fish easily and efficiently. We were lucky to meet Derrick. He was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book another stay and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay that is fishing friendly!

Close to fishing location. One thing is they should defrost the freezers. Other than that it was nice having a fish cleaning area.

Our stay at the cottage was absolutely great! The owners are very friendly and the house was very comfortable. I look forward to staying in the same property the next time we make this trip.

Fishing trip

Cute cottage and in a great location close to Linwood Marina. Nice bonfire in the back and appreciated the freezer for fish while we went out the next day again. Would stay here again.

Great spot to stay if you are fishing Saginaw Bay, nice setup for fishermen. Place was clean and comfortable and easy parking if pulling your boat.

This is the perfect location for a trip on the Saginaw bay year around. House is set up with all of the necessities for your fishing trip! I’m looking forward to coming back again!

Cozy felt like home

This cottage reminded us of our own personal home. We loved the horseshoes in the backyard and the peaceful nature in the backyard. It was next to a busy road but once you get it the cottage you couldn’t hear it or notice it. We didn’t have any neighbors in the cottage next to us so it was quiet and felt secluded. We would definitely stay again. The host was very nice and responsive. We had a great time.

Great place for anglers

Really great place for anglers. Super close to the Linwood Marina and Saginaw Bay. Our hosts were kind and allowed us to check in a few hours early. If you need a fridge and washer/dryer, stay in cottage L. But cottage A was perfect for me and my wife. Super comfortable and clean.

Stayed here for a fishing tournament weekend and it was the perfect place. With an air mattress you can easily sleep 4 in the house. Will 1000% be back. Thank you!
