Convenient location, great layout, comfortable beds, and great kitchen for cooking for a group. Room for improvement - Storey Lake gates had issues with reading the QR codes all week and the dryer took a long time to dry things.

Very clean extremely nice place ! Nice area! Communication easy and fast! Not to far from Disney! Only thing would have changed is shower heads and better water pressure! WE ALL LOVED IT! Thanks we will stay again!

Wonderful stay!

This house is situated in a great neighborhood within Storey Lake. Right near by is Target, Ice Cream, Mini Golf, Fun Spot, restaurants, Publix, and more for easy shopping. The Community Pool is a short 1 1/2 miles drive away. This house provides a 3' - 5' deep pool with an adjoined hot tub. The house was clean and wonderful!

Terrific House

We needed a house for 7 adults (2 couples) and 1 child. We loved having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Our favorite part was having a pool in our backyard. All of us really enjoyed cooling off each night!

Wonderful house

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, layout was nice, kids loved the pool table. The only minor issue was the dishwasher didn’t work and we didn’t want to spend the extra money for heating pool. We would totally stay here again.

LOVE!!!!! 10/10 would recommend!!

We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to book again!! We were in a great location near several restaurants, stores and attractions! The house was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Our only issue was with the security gate at the entrance to the neighborhood; however, onsite security was very quick to respond and assist. 😊

Family vacation

My wife said it was a very beautiful place & was very spacious. More than what she anticipated. The kids loved the pool & wanted to swim in it everyday. Which they did except the last night we stayed. Aside from that, it was very comfortable & we will look forward to a similar stay on our next family vacation

Disappointed

While the property was pretty good we were very unhappy about paying 270 for a heated pool and only being able to use it half of our stay. Per the instructions we notified the host the week before our arrival to heat the pool and yet only on our trip down did we learn of the payment instructions. I feel a partial reimbursement is in order as we paid for nothing the first few days.

Hot Tub

We were disappointed that we were told on day 1 that someone would fix the bubbles in the hot tub but this never happened. The maintenance person said that the pool people had to come in but they never worked at any point. Also we were told that the hot tub heat could not work unless we paid $45 a day for pool heat. This seemed egregious. We never got the heat as the hot tub did not appear to work anyway. We chose this house because it had a hot tub. I would stay in the community again but not this house despite it being nicely finished.

Good stay, good value and appreciated amenities

Really enjoyed the stay. Home was in good condition and clean. We had a group of 7 adults, everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. Everyone having their own bathroom was essential for keeping the peace. Some of the home basics we saw listed in other reviews as missing were present in the house (hot pads, bath mats, etc). We found all the amenities we needed and took advantage of the pool, paid for the heat and it was very nice. Was in the mid-high 70s and would have been too cold to swim without it. Didn’t check out the neighborhood clubhouse until our last night, was a nice addition and if we’d had kids in our group, would have been perfect spot. Mini golf and kayak use at the clubhouse was an additional fee. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, nice sidewalks and a few ponds. There’s a Target so close you don’t need to get back out on a main road, which was perfect for stocking the house. Location was optimal for Disney properties (15 min from Disney Springs). Had some trouble with the security gate throughout our stay but the staff on site were all very kind and pleasant to work with. Even with the gate, had no problems with food delivery and rideshare pickup.

Nice house but lack of kitchen supplies

This is our 5th year staying in Storey Lake in different houses. This house is nice and as advertised but lacked basic items in the kitchen and bathrooms. There are no hot pads, no kitchen towels, no pans for the oven (as in absolutely nothing that you can bake anything in), not a single glass bowl or dish for the microwave. I like to make meals when staying in these houses and there was absolutlely nothing to make anything with. I ended buying a pizza pan to make a frozen pizza and had to use a pool towel to get it out of the oven. The house had a few pots and plates, cups, and bowls. That's it. That is ridiculous. In the bathrooms, you only got one towel per person. Master suite had two towels. Pool towels were thin and gross. No bathroom rugs anywhere in the house. House was nice but seriously lacking in supplies.
