We were unaware of the construction activity prior to your arrival, otherwise we would have done our best to communicate that information ahead of time so you could plan accordingly. Unfortunately, nearby construction is outside of our control, but we understand how disappointing it can be when it affects your experience. Thank you again for the feedback.
