Downtown Sandpoint Lakeside Condo

We fell in love with Idaho in 2005 and are excited to share our condo so you too can make amazing memories with your family. Our 1 bed, 1 bath ground floor condo is clean and cozy, well stocked with the essentials, and steps from lake, pool or downtown fun. 13 miles to Schweitzer mountain resort. We aren't a property management company, we live in this community and want to help you with our favorite tips and tricks to living and enjoying all Sandpoint has to offer, whether you are looking to sit on the patio enjoying the eagles flying or getting active in the lake, on the tennis/basketball courts, or in the mountains. After a long day, head back home to the condo, enjoy cooking a meal in the open kitchen and getting a good nights rest in the comfortable queen size bed or a fun movie night on the pull out sofa sleeper. Enjoy all the amenities our condo has to offer and more.

The entire place was spotless, well equipped, very welcoming! The place is lovely and the backyard, well what can you say when it's green and has a lake ;) Amy, our host, was just so warm and welcoming on the phone and very helpful. Both my daughter and I were so pleased with our stay! Reasonably priced, to boot and easy walking to town and beautiful City Beach! Would definitely not only recommend but also stay there again. It was a very clean place, presented well, had stuff that was needed, and the book provided gave directions on how to use things in the condo which made things easier. The recommended restaurants the host had listed were great as well. My girlfriend loved the plqce and the view. We will definitely be back here again in the future!

Great cozy spot for a small family. Tucked away in a cove right off the highway, so it was very easy to find. I did notice there was a quite a bit of train noise at night, but if you are in a deep sleep you probably wouldn’t notice it. We came in the winter, so we couldn’t enjoy all the amenities, but would probably be a sweet little spot in the summer. Short walk to the main drag and several restaurants.

Very cute condo in the perfect location

This condo is in the perfect location for my stay in Sandpoint. It's an easy walk to town and the lake is literally right out the door. I will definitely be staying again.
