Kendall Park
A comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on the quiet side of Door County. Located in downtown Bailey's Harbor and one block in from the main street. This house is within walking distance to the Marina, The Ridges Environmental Center, Door County Brewery, Harbor Fish Market & Grille, Chives Restaurant, Bailey's 57, Anclam Beach, shops, and all that Bailey's has to offer. Yet the home offers privacy in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Located across from Kendall Park which is fun for the kids and convenient for the Sunday Farmers Market.
The house was built in 1950 as a 3-bedroom, 1-bath home. In 1973 it received a major remodel which included a great room with a stone fireplace, and a master bedroom with a bath. Except for a few makeovers here and there, it remained that way for 46 years.
It recently underwent a significant transformation. The house has been renovated using repurposed materials from industrial buildings and barns from around Wisconsin as well as Amish-made cabinets and furniture.
The family room and the kitchen is generally one large area which is perfect for families. It has a stone, floor-to-ceiling fireplace surrounded by a comfortable seating area. There is a huge bar height table in front of a backlit timber and cream city brick wall with a coffee bar and sink. Patio doors lead to a private, spacious deck with ample seating and a gas fire table and grill. The kitchen overlooking the family room is set up with everything you need to enjoy family meals at home if you choose. On the other side of the house, down the hall, is where you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath with a walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The remaining 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed and a twin-XL bed along with a closet. Both bedrooms share the main bath at the end of the hall. It is a full bath with a shower over the tub. Additionally, the master bedroom walk in closet has been converted into a laundry area with washer and dryer for guests to use.

This house was perfect for our stay! The location was ideal -central to everything we wanted to do. The bedroom situation was great, there were 3 couples so we all had our own space. Amenities were nice and the deck was great for hanging out together after dinner. Highly recommend this house!

My husband, son and I really appreciated this clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed home away from home. It was within 2-10 minutes walking distance of restaurants for meals, and a quick 15-20 minute drive to other nearby towns and attractions. Entry and exit from the home was easy and unusually thoughtful. The host, Patrick, was friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this home for your next stay in Door County!

A wonderful place to stay
We had a lovely time staying at this very clean and nicely decorated home. Easy walk to restaurants and shops, the kitchen was well- stocked with dishes and such. We loved using the large island to do a puzzle while we were there.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
We loved our stay! The location was walkable and so many Door County sites were accessible with a quick drive. We’d highly recommend a stay here - it was clean, cozy, sizable, and exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful stay in Bailey’s Harbor! The home was perfect for the 5 of us and the location was great for walking to area destinations. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit, appreciated the grill, and had everything we needed for a week’s stay (including laundry). Would definitely recommend!

This rental property was AMAZING! From the cleanliness to the location and all the in-between, we (my in-laws, husband, 8 month old baby and I) could not have been happier with it and would stay again in a heartbeat. Do not hesitate to reserve this property as your hub for enjoying all Door County has to offer!

We had a wonderful time at this place in Baileys Harbor! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The patio was a great spot to relax, and the parking was easy and convenient. Best of all, it was just a short walk to everything in Baileys Harbor—shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for family trip!
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house is very well maintained and well stocked! Great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars in town. The location is also great for exploring other parts of Door County. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

This property in Bailey’s Harbor was walking distance from everything. Perfect location, great house, wonderful big table for meals and games and very clean and well decorated.
