LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION! Enjoy this Newly Renovated Home in the Heart of Baileys Harbor. 1 block from downtown, next to Sway Brewing & Blending. Our 3bd/2ba home sleeps 8 comfortably. Walk to shops, restaurants, and beautiful Lake Michigan. Steps from the Ridges Sanctuary, Cana Island Lighthouse. Explore all of Door County only 13 mins to Sister Bay, Fish Creek & Egg Harbor. Perfect base for all your Door County adventures! Weekly markets & festivals nearby. We look forward to hosting you!

Additional Rules:
‱ All guests must be 25+ (children with parents okay)
‱ 8 person max
‱ We ask that you park no more than 5 vehicles in the driveway. A site plan clearly depicting lot lines and parking spaces is attached
‱ No parties or events. The Town of Baileys Harbor has mandated quiet hours of 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and we ask that you comply with the Town’s noise and nuisance ordinances in all hours.
‱ No smoking
‱ No pets
‱ We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dish soap but you may need to buy more for longer stays.
‱ We supply hand soap
‱ We do not supply any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
‱ No late check out or early check-in. If you arrive early or check out late there will be a $50 charge per.
‱ Controlled bonfires are allowed in the fire pit in the backyard. Fires MUST be contained within the fire ring and we advise extinguishing fires with water and replacing the lid after use.
‱ No fires outside of the firpit in the backyard (including candles)

‱ Trash and recycling are on the west side of the home
‱ We supply trash bags for inside garbage
‱ Trash/recycling is picked up on Tuesday mornings at 6am. Please bring all emptied trash and recycling bins back in to the side of the house after they have been emptied.

We had a great time in DC. The house was clean and had everything we needed! Very close to some good restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. The host was also always quick to respond.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect with great walkability to Baileys Harbor and a short drive to all the other DoCo towns. Our daughter loved the playground that is just a couple of blocks away. The house had everything we needed and the space was great. Matt was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

A nice house close to downtown Baileys Harbor. Very clean with comfortable beds. Check in was easy with clear directions. The WiFi and cell phone reception was not good, as was the case in most of Door County. However, we enjoyed our stay!

Great stay!

This house is walkable to everything Baileys Harbor has to offer and is a great location for visiting the rest of Door County.The check-in process was smooth and all communication with the owner was great.The house is very spacious and was very comfortable for our group. The wi-fi can be spotty during the day, but that seems to be a town problem, not a house problem, Will definitely stay here again when visiting Door County.

Nicely renovated house, walkable to multiple restaurants/breweries

Overall we had a great stay at this property. A lot of the renovations seemed brand new, and it was very clean. Kitchen was well-stocked. It rained for most of our stay, so we didn't get to use the outdoor space much, but the yard is very large, nice deck and patio, nice furniture (some covered), clean grill, fire pit was stocked with wood, etc. The basement was a spacious place to hang out, with a good amount of open floor space (we set up a yard game in that section). Check in/out process was smooth and easy, and communication was great. Very walkable to the center of town -- a minute to Sway Brewing (coffee/bakery), a couple minutes to a cool playground, a few minutes to places like Door County Brewing and Inland, etc. (all with sidewalks for ALMOST the entire way). Only real criticisms I have: the backyard fence wraps all the way around the yard but there are big gaps between the end of the fence and the house, so if your kids tend to roam, you'll need to watch out (not a problem for us, but we were surprised to see that). And I'd say the house comfortably sleeps 6 -- 8 is doable, but depending on the situation, it might be a stretch (sleeping area #4 / the pull-out couch was in the basement, but both bathrooms upstairs -- again not an issue for us, but notable in some situations).

Spacious, clean,! comfortable in great location

Beautiful property, very clean and spacious. We didn’t even use the lower level as the upstairs offered plenty of space. Matt was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay again.
