Gallows Point Premium Suite 8D is a spectacular 1BR, nestled ocean front on a 5-acre resort on the wonderful island of St. John, U. S. Virgin Islands. Gallows Point Suite 8D is truly a romantic get-away perfect for honeymooners and lovers. Designed in charming West Indian architecture, Suite 8D overlooks the aqua blue Caribbean and faces St. Thomas. Spectacular sunset, glittering lights of St. Thomas are the perfect romantic back drop. Suite 8D is luxuriously designed and appointed. For families, the living room has 2 queen sleepers to accommodate up to 6 people.

The Gallows Point Resort features a 400 kw generator that can provide the entire resort with power in the event of a power outage.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, everything just as described in the listing. The apartment is in a great location - walking distance to many restaurants. Also, very friendly and helpful staff.

We have been going to St John for the last 4 years and the Gallows is the cleanest, most convenient and beautiful place we have stayed. We have found the ideal property to stay in St John and will return next year!

Wonderful Stay

Unit just as pictured, providing roomy feeling given double-height ceiling. Beautiful, clean, fully-stocked. Optimal location of unit in complex, overlooking ocean and pool. Liked that there was a half-bath upstairs near bedroom. Also liked that the complex had beach chairs for borrowing, a water fill-up station & community grills and washer/dryers. Useful pick-up/drop-off service from dock. Couldn't have asked for more.

Amazing stay at Gallows Point

We had a wonderful week stay at Gallows Point Resort! It was extremely clean, well appointed, and the perfect size for our family of four. They had everything we needed for amazing days on the beaches of St. John. The front desk staff and the concierge staff were always extremely helpful and got us everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back and visit to Gallows Point resort in St. John again soon!

Spring Break Heaven

Unit 8D is an incredible property. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The unit was also very thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed from iron and ironing board to cocktail shaker and even a cooler for trips to the beach! The Gallows Point resort was incredible. Once again everything you could want was only steps away. The snorkeling in front of the property was some of the best we experienced on the island. The filtered water bottle filling station kept our water bottles full for all of our day trip hiking adventures. One of our favorite aspects of the resort was its proximity to Cruze Bay. All the shopping and restaurants were literally a 5 minute walk away. No need to rent a car. Communications were accurate and timely throughout the pre-trip planning and during our stay. We look forward to returning to Gallows Point and hope to be lucky enough that Unit 8D will be available.

Best sunset view on St. John!

The Gallows Point Resort is a great property with the perfect location. It's a short walk down the hill to all the shops and restaurants of Cruz Bay and the main ferry dock and just 10 minutes to the dock at the Nature Preserve where many tours start and where the Lind Point Trail begins. The grounds of the property are incredibly beautiful and the layout of the villas and the rooms themselves are well-thought out. The view of the sunset from our balcony was simply PERFECT! My only complaint was that the ice maker on our refrigerator wasn't working and the concierge desk/gift shop wouldn't give us ice. A maintenance request was put it but nobody ever came to fix it. Otherwise, beautiful resort, perfect location, & stunning views!

Wow - great facility

An immaculate room with all the appointments and a breathtaking view (8D). One large comfortable bed upstairs in loft, two pull out couches downstairs. Full Kitchen, one and a half baths. Air conditioning! Restuarant, pool, etc. on site. An excellent property
