DESCRIPTION: We are excited to be adding Grande Bay – Cruz Bay Breeze to our rental portfolio. This beautiful one bedroom, one bath condo is located in building 2 and enjoys unobstructed views looking out to the crystal clear turquoise blue seas of Cruz Bay.

The air-conditioned great room is comfortably furnished and includes your living, dining, and kitchen areas. We have no doubt you will enjoy the open floor plan, as it has a welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk through the front door. The living room is to the left and includes a cozy couch, perfect for sinking into after a busy day of exploring everything St. John has to offer. The interior dining area is to your left and includes a table that seats 4.

Located behind the dining area is your well-equipped kitchen. If you enjoy cooking, you can easily prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for yourself and your loved one. However, make sure you take the opportunity to enjoy a few of the local restaurants. The food is amazing, and the tropical atmosphere is always a fun time; from economical to fine dining, there is something for everyone.

Just off the great room there is a screened sliding glass door that opens to your private balcony. The views look to the north and west and has stunning views of Cruz Bay Harbor. You will enjoy sitting on your balcony, with your morning cup of coffee, while watching and listening to the island come alive, and in the evenings, you will be mesmerized by the fiery sunsets. Be sure to have your camera ready, as the sunsets can be something to behold.

The air-conditioned bedroom includes a king bed, two nightstands, a ceiling fan, a chest of drawers, and lamps. Included in the primary bedroom is a smart flat-screen TV for streaming. The closet has a safe, an ironing board, and an iron. The granite and cherry bathroom includes a tiled shower, plenty of fresh towels, hand towels, washcloths, and soft beach towels. Cruz Harbor has a full-size washer and dryer in the front hall.

LOCATION: The Grande Bay Condominiums were completed in 2009/10 and consist of 48 units ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. This is a waterfront condominium, located on the south side of Cruz Bay Harbor. It's a very easy walk to/from the ferry dock and to all of Cruz Bay's restaurants, bars, shops, boutiques, groceries, and nightlife. It's also an easy walk to the cabstands where a 5-10 minute ride in an open air taxi takes you to St. John's famous national park beaches.

The units at Grande Bay all share a heated pool, sundeck, hot tub, and a fitness room, all open from 7am to 10pm. The fitness room is equipped with treadmills, rowing machine, Nautilus workout center, free-weights, Pilates machine, elliptical orbiters, and a stationary bike.

Should you rent a vehicle for your stay, Cruz Harbor includes a parking spot in the resort's garage. Grande Bay offers a generator for any power back-up needs.
