Welcome to your dream oceanfront getaway in beautiful Holden Beach! This newly renovated 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat is designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable coastal experiences. With two spacious living rooms, two dining areas, and two fully equipped kitchens, this home is perfect for large families, multi-family vacations, or group getaways.

Accommodating up to 22 guests, this home offers a thoughtfully designed layout to ensure both comfort and privacy. On the first level, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each featuring two queen beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. For added convenience, there is a full bathroom located just outside of each bedroom on either side of the home.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are separated into two distinct areas, each accessible by its own staircase. On one side of the home, a staircase leads to the oceanfront king bedroom, a full bathroom with a walk in shower, and an additional bedroom featuring one queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds—perfect for families or groups with children. On the other side of the home, a separate staircase leads to the oceanfront double queen bedroom, another full bathroom, and a second queen and bunk bed bedroom. This layout ensures privacy between groups while still offering plenty of shared spaces for gathering and relaxation.

Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from two levels of oceanfront decking, or take just a few steps down your private boardwalk for direct access to the beach. Cool off in your private pool, featuring a lounging ledge and deep-end seating. The fully enclosed pool area offers added privacy and security with a locked gate, making it perfect for families with young children. Pool heating is available from May through October for an additional fee.

Everything was wonderful with our stay. the only suggestion I would make and only because it rained several days during our stay, would be to have a covered porch so you can go outside and enjoy the thunder storms without getting wet. Otherwise, we really enjoyed everything and had a wonderful time.

Awesome place!

We had a great time with a large group for a summer vacation. The house was perfect for multiple families with lots of kids and adults. Right on a beautiful beach and it has a great pool as well. Highly recommend!

Sabrina is very responsive to any communication. We were a family of 17 The kids loved the ocean and the pool The seating by the pool was very nice to get out of the sun. Great time Would return and stay here

Great stay!

We had the best time for our late summer beach vacation! We came as a group of families with 10 adults and 7 kiddos and this place was perfect for us. We loved being on the beach (clutch with kids!) and the pool was wonderful for the afternoons. The place looked just like the photos and was great and clean. The hosts were super responsive and very flexible with our group. Recommend 100%!!!

The perfect location and home for a weekend of serenity

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here at Holden Beach. The beach itself is clean, peaceful and gorgeous. The house exceeded all of our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The pool and porches were thoroughly enjoyed as well. Sabrina was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommended this house!

Awesome View on the beach

We had a really great time, the ocean views were awesome. The pool was very clean, perfect. The house has two living rooms, two kitchens, these areas can be separate or combined. It was nice because cartoons can be on in one living room for the kids and regular TV in the other living room. Close, but there are separate spaces.

A great place for the extended family

Our extended family (3 generations ranging from 5 to 70 years) stayed at this place and had a great time. The location is beautiful- right on the beach. Although it was chilly in December we could walk the beach and the kids could play in the sand. The house comfortably fit all of us with ample bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. There was an issue with the water due to the extreme cold weather when we arrived, but Sabrina could not have been more helpful and took care of the problem right away. We would definitely recommend.

Women’s Retreat

So grateful that we found this property for a women’s retreat. Sabrina was a great host and always answered any questions quickly. Everyone loved her property as it was clean and had plenty of room. It had plenty of pots ands pans to cook and also not far from Beaches and cream’s, homemade ice cream, and The Cove’s seafood. If we decide to do the trip again, we may definitely come to Sabrina’s home again. Highly recommend.

Perfect

Cant express enough just how much we enjoyed our stay!! Large family vacation- 15ppl plus an 11month old. Beachfront access with a pool made it diversely fun for all. Having the two separate large living areas and fully stocked kitchens (cookware/ dishes) worked perfectly for us also. The home was very clean and had plenty of accessories to start out our visit. (Towels, linens, dishsoap, garbage bags, etc.) Still amazed at the hot water availability after 15 consecutive showers We didnt have any significant issues while we were there, the few items i did message the host about, she responded quickly to help assist us. We would definitely book a visit here again. Thank you Sabrina !

Beach and private Pool

Didn’t realize this was a duplex turned into a single rental with two kitchens, two living areas with 3 bedrooms on each side. It worked out perfectly for our big family. Clean, beautifully decorated in “beach” themes. Kitchen was fully stocked… and then some! Having two refrigerators worked out really well with our big group. We had a few minor items that needed attention and communication with the owner was prompt and issues were solved. The private pool was perfect with a large shallow entryway, ledges all the way around the pool… perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter. Beach was a short walk out the back doors. Would rent this house again.

More than Perfect!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The location was a dream. Having the General store and beach store right next door was very convenient. We went to the grocery store once during our trip, and anything else last minute we needed we could walk next door. The house was super clean and all of the updates were very nice. The weather of the first week of may could not have been more perfect either. The heated pool was a plus! We spent our mornings on the beach and afternoons by the pool everyday. We very much expect to make this an annual family vacation trip. Holden beach is a nice quiet relaxing area! Thank you!

Excellent beach house and location!!

This house was perfect for our family group of eight adults and nine children. Very nicely remodelled, well furnished and stocked and very clean. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. We made good use of the decks, both kitchens and both living areas. We had never been to Holden Beach before but found it to be a wide and gently sloping beach that rivals the many beaches I have been to in Florida. The house is well positioned right on the beach and as a bonus covenience there is a small grocery store, swimwear store, and ice cream parlor right next door! The pool was perfect for the young children to enjoy after they had spent several hours on the beach. We will most definitely want to rent this house again!

A Very Impressive Stay

We feel beyond thankful to have found this property. The house was an awesome layout- perfectly fit our large extended family! It was decently kid friendly as well. It is right next to a surf shop, general store, and ice cream shop. We did not need to jump into our cars for anything! We stayed right at the end of the summer so the entire shop was 50% off. The ocean was clean, not overcrowded even with the shops next door, and we found a ton of shark teeth! Really a trip we will never forget. The pool was beautiful and such a relaxing break from the beach. Every inch of the house was used and appreciated. We likely will rent this house again!

Memory Maker

We gathered with seven children, spouses, significant others, friends, sister-in-law and niece to say goodbye to their grandfather and father. Before he came to live with my wife, our three youngest children and myself, in Oklahoma seven years ago, we spent a week with him at Holden Beach (he lived in Charlotte then). This past week, we brought him home one last time for a burial at sea. We will long remember the opportunity to gather in one wonderful beach house and be together. We honored him and were honored in the process. May God bless you to bless others as has been our experience and opportunity.

Beach House Paradise

Booked for family gathering, loved the location--just steps to the beach, so many bedrooms and beds, two kitchens side-by-side so easy to cook meals for lots of people, Kitchens had all the cook and dining ware we needed. Excellent refrigerators, great dining seating and living rooms. Decks were lovely to sit out mornings and evenings and after many hours at the beach the grandkids then loved late afternoons in the pool. Nice bathrooms with tons of bath towels. Some beach supplies, including boogie boards, we left kids' beach and pool toys, so have those too. We rented a gas grill from Grill-n-Chill and it was delivered on time with grilling implements. So don't let lack of gas grill deter you from this PERFECT beach home, great for family gatherings! And so convenient to be next to small stores. Hosts were fantastic too!!

Thank you for your interest in our home in Holden Beach! We purchased our little piece of paradise in January of 2021 due to its relaxing family atmosphere and our love for the beach! Due to COVID, we were able to live in Holden Beach temporarily while we worked from home and our oldest daughter attended virtual school. During our time here, we were able to complete a variety of updates and renovations, as well as furnish and decorate our home. It was A LOT of work, but an incredible experience with our little family. Sabrina will be your point of contact if you choose our home for your next vacation. She will communicate with you at the time of your reservation, prior to your arrival and be available should you need anything during your stay. We have an amazing group of local professionals who help us keep our home clean and are available to fix and/or repair anything that breaks or fails to work properly. We invite you to stay in our home and see for yourself why Holden Beach is a hidden gem.
