Le Graham Sport est une maison de plage en bord de mer confortable et familiale à Holden Beach, NC. Idéalement situé à 30 minutes du charmant village de pêcheurs de Southport, NC, à 45 minutes du centre historique de Wilmington, NC et à 45 minutes de l'animation N. Myrtle Beach, Caroline du Sud, Holden Beach a quelque chose à offrir aux individus de tous âges. La maison est ouverte et habitable avec de nombreux sièges pour les grands groupes. Les bains ont été récemment rénovés avec de nouveaux sols carrelés et des douches. La chambre principale au niveau principal offre une douche à l'italienne récemment rénovée. The home was roomy, clean and nicely appointed. We travel to Holden Beach every year for the past 40 plus years the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament. The home had TVs in each BR and a large screen TV in the living area which was perfect. Thank you Phoebe for a wonderful weekend and we hope to rent your property again March 2027.

We all loved our stay at this beautiful, spacious house! So comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, great furniture, AMAZING deck and walkway to beach. Could not have been better! Each member of our family said “this is the best place we’ve ever stayed”. We had a wonderful time.

Enjoyed our time in Holden Beach. Great house in a great location. Plenty of beds and didnt have to share rooms. We didn't use them but it does come with bikes, chairs, and beach toys. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this house for several years and thoroughly look forward to our beach week here. This year we were surprised with some new additions and enjoyable adds (Two additional bathrooms...each bedroom now has own bath) The space is family friendly and the covered deck is awesome! Can't wait for beach week 2026!

Fabulous beach house!

Everything we needed although we never found the high chair. The home is lovely and the location even though between two public beach access locations was perfect! We had a wonderful time.

Great house for the family

We spent a long weekend between xmas and new years on Holden beach which we visit every few years usually in the summer. house was great well equipped comfortable sleeping, modern kitchen, wifi and TV nice to have better than basic cable. Would definitely stay there again. Owner/manager is really helpful and focused on making sure we were happy!

Fall Family Getaway

We loved our stay at this property. The location is wonderful! The beach was not crowded and the area is very quiet. We had our elderly mother with us and the ramps and lack of steps up to the house and beach were very much appreciated. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Perfect for Large Family

The Graham Sport was the perfect size, location, and layout for our family vacation. The house is well maintained, updated, and clean. We loved the rocking chair porch where we enjoyed family time during our mornings and evenings. Having a place that is accessible with no stairs to the beach was a bonus!

Wonderful Place

This was a perfect week in a location that met all our needs, including the ramp for a sister with walking issues. The property needs a few items such as cutting board, measuring cups, sharp knives for cooking. We will be contacting vrbo to book again for next year.

The PERFECT beach getaway

Such a well appointed, thoughtful house! An actual fully stocked kitchen, lovely linens and plenty of space to spread out! Everything seemed very updated, furniture and decorations. The walk way to the beach looked brand new! You will be thrilled with this house!

Great location and large decks with a lot of seating area. House was well equipped. It was the best equipped kitchen that I have seen in my 10 years of renting on Holden! Nice long private walkway to the beach. Large living space. Exceptionally clean. Not noted in the write up was that there is an extra fridge, beach chairs, beach toys and 2 bikes in the storage area. This house is perfect for a large group.

Great place for all ages.

We had such a good time at this house. So comfortable for all, including young grandchildren. We didn’t have to worry about any steps going to the beach, flat boardwalk all the way to the sand. The bedrooms were great as well as the common areas. There was plenty of room for the little ones to move around. We could not have asked for anymore.

Wonderful week in a well-planned, comfortable home. Everything was there to meet our needs - great kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, plenty of space and extras we did not expect.
