Professionally decorated, The Wave has four separate bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The screened-in porch oceanside offers a great view of the ocean and a perfect place to sit and have your meals or read a book while enjoying the ocean breeze. This Holden Beach seaside sanctuary has an inverted floor plan which will allow you to be surrounded by the ocean, intracoastal and marsh's breathtaking views. The large family room offers a 55-inch smart flat screen TV complete with Roku and Hulu. Each bedroom is equipped with smart TV's and Roku. Wifi throughout the house included.

This is a great house - clean, comfortable and the beach access and pool can’t be beat. Jenni was a super responsive host. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat - and probably will!

This is a beautiful home that suited our family perfectly. Well equipped kitchen with a fabulous pastel pink fridge, Roomy open floor plan with bedrooms on lower floor. Great hosts that took great care of us. Hope to come back again!

We had a great time. Love the proximity to the beach. Very well equipped. Thrilled that each bedroom had its own bathroom! Upstairs AC struggled to keep kitchen and living room cool in the afternoons but otherwise great house!

Great place to stay! One thing that ended up not being an issue at all but was surprising, was the kitchen/living room is on the top floor and all bedrooms are on bottom! Like I said it was not an issue it was just the first beach house we’ve seen like that! Trip was great and the house and pool were fantastic! Owner is great!

The views from every room of this home are stunning. Quiet part of Holden making the beach feel private at times. The homeowner has thought of every comfort from the seating and the bedding right down to the soaps in the bathroom. I cannot wait to stay again!

Our host was amazing and was easy to communicate with! We had a wonderful Winter mini break. The views are breathtaking and the entire home is immaculate and just says relax and enjoy the moment you walk in! We were even able to use the heated pool during our stay! We hope to return in the near future!

This home is gorgeous and the perfect place for a beach vacation. It was spotless when we arrived and we were greeted with lovely flowers and a check-in note on VRBO from our host Jenni who wanted to be sure all was well. The view is stunning and the beach is just a few steps out the door. The pool was warm, so enjoyable for the cool late afternoons. The beds are very comfortable and it’s so nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. I 100% recommend this home and we hope to be back soon!

Great family trip - everything worked well, no real issues. Jenni was helpful and communication/response times were perfect when I did reach out. The weather was lovely and I think everyone loved having the doors and windows open in the early mornings and evenings to hear the ocean. Very peaceful and quiet - just what we needed. Kitchen was pretty well stocked for a rental.... All the tools we needed. We even brought some things from home that went unused.

Stunning! The beach and views of the beach were exactly what we needed. The house was great with all sleeping quarters on the first floor and then the whole top level was the spacious living space. The screened in patio was lovely for morning coffee. The most relaxing Christmas break with family! Our host, Jenni, was always available if we needed anything and very friendly and accommodating!

We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the house! We especially loved having all of the bedrooms on the same floor and each room having its own bathroom was an added bonus! The pool was wonderful as well.

We had the best week! The house truly is stunning, right on the beach, and stocked with everything you could need. We made an entire Thanksgiving dinner for a family of six - with room to comfortably sit around the table together. We love Holden and couldn’t be happier with our experience - we will totally be back again! Host was so gracious and responsive, and house was extremely clean.

Lovely home and just right for our needs. Very clean, well-appointed, nicely situated, super comfortable. This was our first time going the VRBO route vs a rental agency and we will do so again in a heartbeat after this experience. Holden Beach is the ideal place to relax in a gorgeous environment and without crowds.

Nice house and location

We enjoyed our stay. Oceanfront was great! Kids played in the ocean and on the beach, then came up to the house and enjoyed the heated pool. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower and the gas grill.
