Ce magnifique condo a été récemment rénové. C'est un 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Détendez-vous sur le balcon et profitez du lever du soleil. Le balcon est accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, une cafetiÚre Keurig, une cafetiÚre ordinaire et est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner un bon repas à la maison. Faites un plongeon dans l'une des piscines claires étincelantes ou détendez-vous dans le bain à remous à la fin de la journée.

Our favorite beach get away

We’ve been coming to this property for years and it is our favorite. It’s always clean and communication with the property manager is always easy and fast. It’s like our summer home away from home.

Great spacious place to stay with an amazing view. I suggest bringing cleaning supplies. There were stains on the bed sheets, hair in the toilet and on the bathroom floors and dust which I'm sure is from being vacant. Overall I would book again. I usually clean up when booking overnight stays but it was obvious no one really cleaned up in a while.

Beautiful Rental & Great Host!

Loved this rental! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable with a large kitchen and amazing views of the ocean. The host responded quickly and was very easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach/water view. Unit access described in check in instructions incorrect, resulting in difficulty accessing unit.Unit could benefit from a thorough cleaning, e.g. food debris under dining table, dust on furnishings. Recliner in living room has worn handle resulting in inability to recline. Soiled bedding in Master BR. No instructions for TV use, with multiple remotes provided.

Gorgeous relaxing view - Amazing location

We visited with our 12 year old and enjoyed the sound of the ocean waves, the unobstructed view, quiet condo. The pool and hot tub is perfect with the walkway just a few steps to the ocean. I loved the rinse of station and local places to eat like Viva SPI. Try their shrimp with white wine cream sauce. We look forward to staying again. This was our 2nd time so far. Hope to come back many more times!

Condo is very comfortable with everything you need. Close to restaurants and groceries. Balcony was great to sit and relax and soak in the scenery. Easy parking as well.

Nice stay

Plenty of room for my spouse and I, plus 20 & 16 year old kids. Easy access to beach, clean pools, and short walk to stores & dining. Some repairs needed, but nothing to impede our stay.

Good, except key box and television

1. Accessing the key box is ridiculously difficult. Should be replaced with something that works better. 2. The TV didn’t work. Host had to come to the unit to activate the system. It would be an improvement to get rid of the streaming service and have plain vanilla cable service. 3. Most cooking utensils have seen better days. 4. Ceramic range top badly scratched. Difficult to clean.

View of beach and ocean was perfect. Beach access excellent. Could upgrade frying pans for cooking. I donated one. Design of rooms lovely. Onsight property manager helped me figure out how to open the tray to get the key to front door. Planning to return next uear. Already booked it.

Loved the view, condo was clean, plenty of space. We encountered a few issues..Not able to get the TV to work, and AC wasn’t working. The property manager came and helped get the TV straitened out. Not sure if the AC, ended up being fixed or not, however with the cooler weather opening the door and turning on fans was enough to be comfortable. Overall, our stay was good

Condo was nice and a good location. The rooms are larger than the photos indicate. Beach location is terrific and shuttle bus stop is right out the front door. Would stay here again.

Excellent place with an excellent host!

We booked this last minute trip and we couldn’t give it the review it deserves. Our best booking we’ve ever had! The property manager was so sweet and accommodating. She checked on us several times throughout the week. The condo is large and spacious, clean and has everything you need! The listing gives you the perfect idea of what you will need to pack so there are no wasted trips to the store. Having the beach chairs and toys supplied by the host made the trip all the more enjoyable saving us that extra expense of beach rentals or purchases. The beds were so comfortable. Pools were always quiet and relaxing. Balcony gives the best views of the beach and fireworks at night. So close to all of the action on the island yet far enough away that you don’t have all the traffic noise. The gated property offered us reassurance and security to further enjoy our time with the kiddos. Elevator was amazing to have when trekking back and forth from the beach with all of our gear. The condo is warm and inviting and decorated so tastefully! We will most definitely be booking this condo on our next trip to SPI! Thank you ladies for such a wonderful week!

The place was amazing! I didn't want to leave! The view was breathtaking. I loved that the whole property was gated and that we had a private walk out to the beach. Definitely would recommend this location to anyone! Hopefully we come back again in the distant future.
