Ce condo en bord de mer avec une belle vue sur l'océan offre un endroit parfait pour se détendre pour un couple ou une petite famille à la recherche d'une escapade à la plage. From the moment we booked the reservation to the moment we checked out Chris did a phenomenal job. He reached out to me several times before the stay, the day of the stay and the day before checkout to check in. I have never experienced such a great host and our family we most definitely be coming back next year!! If you want to have the best beach vacation this is the best to stay!

Condo was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. Beds and couches were comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. View off the balcony was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were perfect. What an incredible stay! Room was spotless, smelled fresh and clean, had cold A/C and convenient to everything on the island. Beds were comfy, and linens were soft and fresh. Kitchen appliances all were fantastic, and cabinets were stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was also great! Additional perks were having laundry room and elevator just a few steps from the room.

We were thoroughly impressed by this comfortable condo. It was exactly what we needed for a restful escape. Perfect spot to enjoy both the beach sunrise and sunset on the bay. Kitchen was fully stocked with planning meals and plenty of room to spread out for our individual space. Chris was so nice to stay in touch before, during & after our visit to make sure our accommodations were satisfactory. We wished we had more time to spend on the island. Great place to stay. The place was clean and bright. The beach was close. You could view sunrise from the deck and sunset from the entrance of the condo. I will certainly consider this place again if we should come back to SPI again.

Great location to seat and watch the waves and access to the ocean. Comfortable and warm atmosphere in the condo. Everything nearby, restaurants, activities, candy shops and more. Hosts were great to work with.

Chris and Lori are from the Midwest with 2 adult children. We love spending time on South Padre Island and enjoying the ocean breezes and beautiful beach access out the front door. One of our favorite things to do is watch the sun rise from our balcony while sipping some home brewed coffee.

We've owned other property on SPI and find Suntide II to have it all. Great views of the beach & Ocean from the balcony, high ceilings, fully remodeled inside and convenient location to groceries, bars and restaurants.
