Location was great. So close to the beach and we had a swimming pool also. The condo was really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is located in a very nice neighborhood, walking distance to the beach. The apartment is just as seen in the pictures, very clean and cozy. Our host was very nice and he responded promptly every time. We enjoyed our short stay very much and will definitely keep it in mind for next time.

Ram was an excellent communicator and the location is ideal! The only reason for the 4 star vs 5 was that we were unable to use the pool (needed cleaning) outdoor grill (needed new grates) and the dishwasher stopped working half way through the stay. The dryer had a warning light plop on and we did make them aware of that too. We travel enough to understand that previous tenants don’t always “take care” of things such as cleaning off a grill. Even with these items we give it a high 4 star as the location is great the place was extremely clean and as I mentioned Ram was very good at responding to messages. If they can get a good handle on the maintenance this would be a 5 star in our books. We definitely would be back again.

Very nice condo, very clean and the amenities were very good, with everything we needed. Here are the only negatives. 1) we were never given the phone # or email of the owner, to contact him if there were any problems. Fortunately there were no significant problems. 2) the mattresses were covered in plastic which made them sweaty to sleep on. 3) the 2nd bathroom sliding glass shower door was off its rail, couldn't fix it. 4) the outside porch light was out. But all in all we were happy with the rental.

Overall, the property itself is nice. However the host was not. First we had an issue with the living room tv not working. I think it was simply that the remote was dead, but he sent out his "crew" to fix it, which they did not. Then the air conditioning was not working and it was 85 in the condo. When I messaged the host he gave me the run around saying his "crew" would stop by to check it out. No one ever came and after 10:00 that night the host claimed that the "crew" took a picture of they thermostat and it was set to heat. (It was never set to heat while we were on property). Then the host stopped communicating until the afternoon of the next day. He told us if the issue wasn't resolved, we would have to take it up with VRBO. The only way to resolve the issue was to fix the AC...We decided to leave the property early and stay elsewhere. Two miserable nights of sleep was more that enough for us. In addition to the AC issue, the pool was gross and there were ants everywhere out back. We took a video of the property as we left it to ensure we wouldn't be accused of anything else. There are a lot of places to stay on the island - I strongly suggest you pick ANY other property.
