It was easy to locate, and close to everything you may need in the area. Clean and comfy. The location was very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay again.

Did not have a good stay at all. The house had a decent amount of dust on the ceilings around the vents, stains on the couch and the walls that could’ve been easily cleaned and we also encountered quite a few bugs crawling in the sink. The backyard was very unkept, part of a fence was down and just stuff scattered places. The bathroom window was also gross and could’ve at least been wiped down. We stayed for a max of 2 hours and found a hotel instead. When reaching out to the host about a possible refund since we didn’t even stay she completely ghosted me. I can’t even get a reply back. Really ruined my whole VRBO experience. Do not recommend.

The condo was clean, welcoming, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The price was very fair and affordable and the host was communicative. Thank you!

Quick golf getaway

Perfect place for 3 friends to stay on a quick golf getaway. Clean and cozy. TV in each room. Close to so much including clearwater beach and local golf courses. We will be back.

Upon arrival we found the AC not working, 83 degrees in the property. Smelled musty and like smoke. Contacted VRBO who connected me to host Lila. She was ‘shocked’, I told her we weren’t staying she said she would refund us. Host then ghosted me and VRBO says there is nothing they can do but give me a $24 credit. People are terrible and this one is NOT recommended! ZERO stars.

Very disappointed

Disappointed, laundry room in disarray dirty, bikes were not functioning flat tires. Back yard terrible collapsed fence, weeds growing up through everything. No pot holders or dish towels.

DISAPPOINTED, NO THANK YOU

WE DID NOT STAY THERE!!! We were asked to check in later than 4:30. We walked in at first it was ok this is decent so farin living room. …We pulled back the dirty sheets to find piss stained mattresses both beds. We did the iron test for bed bugs and saw the mattress getting specked we were not taking any chances with sleeping on these beds plus the pillows are dirty. There’s no blind or anything in the bathroom window that faces the outside the backyard is disarray and oh my God, the washer and dryer in a dilapidated rundown tiny shed with no door has potential, it just needs to be clean properly . We turned and ran..We tried to reach out several ways to ask for refund and to let her know we will not be staying no response to us regarding.

Okay for the price but not very clean

The location itself was 15 mins to the closest beach and 25 mins to Clearwater with traffic. The price was affordable for the size of the home but housekeeping was lacking. The towels looked very old and didn’t smell clean. The extra bed linens also smelled like they were not clean and had a pet odor. The laundry area was suspicious because it was outside and the building itself had water damage. There was a lot of dead bugs around the inside of the apartment. You can tell the owners have started renovating which makes the property feel newer but the front and back yard were overgrown and unkempt. They said bikes were provided but they looked like they hadn’t been used in years. Tires were flat and cobwebs surrounded them. The chairs provided had mold and were rusty. As I said before the price was good but they shouldn’t include those amenities in the condition. Also would recommend adding blinds to the back windows of the house, especially the bathroom for privacy. If I had any recommendations to the owners I would suggest new towels and a bath mat. That is something we actually went out and purchased ourselves. Nothing worse than getting clean to dry off with a smelly towel.

Place to stay for family event in Largo/Indian Rocks Beach

Simple, clean, well-equipped place conveniently located for a short stay. You WILL need a vehicle to keep it convenient though. Also great communication from property manager!! Thanks so much!
