Easy parking, space adequately clean (kitchen sink with peeling paint), couch is NOT a sleeper sofa, it’s a sofa that one can sleep on without linen, host easily reachable.

Will stay again

Property was easy to find and access as clear and frequent communication was provided by the host. Parking was plentiful, basic amenities were available. Location was convenient for our visit (touring the University) and access to yummy food. Studio apartment might be tight for three adults (2 in bed, one on couch), but couch was large enough to sleep on (and my adult son said it was comfortable). We would consider booking again.

Comfortable studio apartment in a great location

I was in town for a two-week work trip and picked this studio for its close proximity to my office and grocery stores/restaurants. The unit was clean, well organized, comfortable, and perfect for a longer stay. Great communication and quick responses from the host.

Great experience!

Super close to downtown, clean, comfy bed and had everything we needed. A few things were broken like the vanity floor board and the blinds, but otherwise it was a great stay!

Very nice and convenient

This property was located right along the Trax line, which made it easy for us and our son to go to/from the U of U. It was very clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. The check in/out process and instructions on doing laundry was very clear/easy to follow. Highly recommend this place!

Comfortable and clean.

We were out about town most of the day and early evening. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The AC worked very well during these hot summer days.

Perfect!!

We had to go to Salt Lake for medical reasons and needed a quiet place to stay and rest after my wife’s scans. Location was perfect. Only a mile from huntsman’s and in the area or lots of places to eat. The room was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and cool on a couple near the 100 degree days. The check in process was a headache but because of things on my side. All the people I worked with were very patient and helpful and we finally got it all worked out. If we go back to Salt Lake we will defiantly look into staying here again.

This was an excellent location for getting around the SLC area. Parking was convenient, although one of the driveways was surely in need of a revamp - the other entry is good - you'll see when you arrive. Inside was well appointed, VERY comfortable bed, and the cleaning crew made sure it was all new and clean - (fairly strong cleaning solution smell upon arrival - but that's good right?) No funny aromas or odors after that. Figured out the heating a/c after a quick message through VRBO and these folks are easily gotten a hold of. All the needed info in a binder when you arrive - makes you feel at ease for sure. Secure Glass slider for the little deck, to ensure fresh air is easily had. Kitchen has all you need. I spent a week here - worked great for sales calls and such.
