This cozy 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for your escape to Salt Lake City. With a queen bed, a convenient washing machine, and free WiFi, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The bathroom features a shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a hairdryer for added convenience for this lower level unit. Enjoy all that Salt Lake City offers when you stay at our place. Walking distance to Sprouts grocery store, 3 blocks from a Whole Foods, coffee shop up and around the corner. 2.4 miles from the University of Utah and 1.3 miles from the City Center downtown.

This place was so cute! Perfect size for a single person, two could work also if you’re cozy! The kitchen was well stocked, the keurig was great, the tv and couch were awesome, decor was adorable, bathroom was small but fine for one person. Will definitely stay here again.

Such a cute space in an older building near downtown. Was easy to find and the host had amazing communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Misty is such a fantastic host! Her place is clean, gorgeous, welcoming, and definitely made me feel at home. She provided snacks and drinks and everything I could ask for! I’ll definitely be back.

Everything was great. The owner made check in/out and all house amenities very easy so little communication was needed but even with the ease of checking in, she still made contact to make sure we had everything we needed :)

Overall great stay for the price. Location was relatively quiet. Parking spots are right outside the unit which is handy. Property manager was very amenable and the communication was great.

My wife and I spent 5 nights in Misty's unit. It's in a very cool historical building near downtown and, while it's on a major street, the noise was minimal due to its location at the back of the building and in the basement that's quite soundproof. Daytime temps were in the mid-90s, yet the unit stayed quite cool without the need for lots of AC. It's well stocked with cooking supplies, although we only did that one night. The bed is very comfortable, and it was spotless clean when we arrived. Getting in and out was simple and the dedicated parking space in the back is perfect. Groceries at Sprouts (half a block away), Whole Foods and Trader Joes are all easily accessible within a couple of miles. During our stay someone in a neighboring building had a car alarm that went off every night between 1 and 4AM which was disturbing, but certainly not Misty's fault. It did not go off on our final night, so hopefully that's been resolved by its owner. Overall, this was an excellent experience for us, and we'd certainly enjoy staying here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you Misty!!!

Great little spot.

Great spot to recharge throughout a 4 day local music festival. Convenient to bus lines and train lines. A very nice touch was the included coffee pod station and snacks.

Excellent rental

This was a well appointed apartment. The hosts responded almost immediately to any questions I had. They responded quickly to a request for extra towels (within hours). The mattress was very comfortable. I found the location convenient to downtown and campus. Best I’ve stayed at in SLC so far after 12 trips!
