Great view and no traffic, easy access to the beach. The master bed was decent but needs to be upgraded in a place of this stature.

Fantastic space on a very nice beach

Our family celebrated Christmas here and found most everything to be just great! A big shout-out for the kitchen, which was large enough for five of us to work in comfortably and was well-stocked in the appliance department. We were thrilled to find an Instant Pot, rice cooker, crock pot, and loads of serving ware. Even the knives were relatively sharp! One word of warning: definitely bring mosquito repellent. We were not expecting mosquitos in late December! They are not a problem on the beach, but if you're walking (or bird watching) anywhere other than the beach you will want to be protected. Overall, a very good experience with a fantastic house and a very professional and kind management company!

My daughters,who rent beach homes from Port Aransas to Florida, said it was one of the nicest and cleanest houses that they have stayed. Gave it four stars because there was no cable/satellite TV. Everything was streaming and service was mediocre at best. My son’s in law’s, granddaughter’s boyfriends, and grandson and friend watched the games they wanted on their phones. The games on TV buffered so much that they were over a quarter behind. Such a beautiful expensive house and can’t get simple basic TV. Still I would recommend this beautiful home. We had a wonderful stay that everyone enjoyed. Such good memories were made.

It was perfect for our family. It is very roomy and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen! Air conditioners worked amazing. We just could not find anything negative to say except it could use some new frying pans. Ice machine was a definite plus and worked great. We decided this would be our forever rental for large groups!

We had lots of extra time on both ends of the trip. We had 5 families and 8 kiddos, and the rooms/bunk room were perfect for our large group. This was such a close walk to the beach, had beautiful views, and a BIG open kitchen/living area to relax after the day in the sun. We will 100% be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time to stay at the property. In the one year’s period since our last stay, the property has not been maintained as it was before. There was a strong musty/mildew smell, which caused one of our guests to have to go home early. The furniture had multiple large stains that looked to be sun screen lotion. The furniture was slip covered and I’m sure just needed to be laundered or drycleaned. There were spots in the floor that felt as if you were going to fall through, which has caused the laminate flooring to sink and separate which was a huge trip hazard. There were two broken windows and several dry rotted exterior lights that need changing. The first level elevator door needs to be adjusted as it would not shut property and would cause the elevator to shut down.This is a good rental property; however, the owners or management company needs to do regular maintenance and repairs that are expected with a nicer rental unit.
