The host was very accommodating. The house was clean. They had cable which was great. The king beds aren’t great. Very unstable. But they were comfortable. The backyard was beautiful. But the yard furniture was all dusty. And the hot tub had a lot of dirt in it too. The pool looked clean. We didn’t get to use it because it was cold and rainy. Overall it was nice. I would stay here again.

Beautiful comfortable home

House was as described. Outdoor space is fantastic! We enjoyed lounging by the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities.

The inside of the house was pretty tidy minus the dead bugs in the shower on day one but the backyard was pretty trashed. The pads for the seats thrown in the ground along with what looked to be a popped pool float. There was also a thick layer of dirt all over the patio ground making it muddy when you walk around barefoot from the pool, the hot tub had a bunch of dried leafs and debris floating in it causing it not work properly because the filters needed cleaning as well. The ceiling fan in the living room was broken and the temp of the house was 84 degrees when we got in so it was pretty uncomfortable for a while. I will say the host was quick to respond when I sent a message about the smoke alarm battery going off they responded right away to tell us where we might find batteries and if the right ones weren’t there to just take it down off the ceiling (which we had to do) unfortunately on at least 2 occasions of our two day stay they had people come into the back yard and work on the hot tub and/or yard while we were staying there without any knowledge or heads up to us which made us uncomfortable. We would not stay here again.

Quick weekend trip

We stayed at this property for a quick weekend visit to see our son who is a student at ASU. The location of the house was great! There was a grocery store and restaurants right outside of the neighborhood. The airport and the ASU campus were a short drive away. The house was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the back patio and pool area. The house had a few minor signs of wear and tear, but nothing significant. We would stay here again!
