We recommend this condo to anyone going to Panama City Beach, it was fabulous. The host helped us get through the hurricane. The Beach is beautiful and everything is right there, grocery, shopping, and amazing restaurants. The balcony was where we spent alot of time. The sunsets are gorgeous.

Todd & Kelli's condo is exceptionally clean, inviting, and comfortable. Fantastic views of the Gulf from the balcony. The condo was stocked with many necessities which was helpful. Very clean, and ideal location. Perfect for families. Only challenge ill point out is parking, very tight. Large trucks and SUVs have struggles with parking and the unloading process. If your traveling with more than one vehicle in your party be prepared to park in the city lot for about 80 bucks for the week. Not bad but a little bit of a walk.Would definitely return.

The condo was very neat and clean, with a gorgeous beach, a great parking space, and close shopping/restaurants. We enjoyed being able to rent umbrellas and chairs right in front of the property. The communication from the host was excellent, as well. It is only 30 minutes from the airport, which was also a plus.

The condo was beautiful and the balcony was huge. The situation with the elevators was terrible. The elevators were breaking down constantly with long lines and wait times. Too many people all checking in and checking out at the same time with basically 1 elevator working. People were overloading them not paying any attention to the capacity limits or weight, then one would go down. They would fix it and the other would break, This went on the whole time we were there.

We are glad you enjoyed the condo. We are sorry that the elevators had an issue during your stay. There was a storm that week that caused a problem with them. The elevators in our buildIng are newer and usually very reliable.

There's a reason why they have a perfect rating! Todd and Kelli have a wonderful condo. Immaculately clean, well stocked, comfortable furnishings and great communication. There's plenty of room on the balcony for your whole party, and the view is spectacular. The property was quiet and never congested. Parking spaces are tight but adequate for midsize SUVs. What a fantastic trip. Can't wait to come back!

Great Family Vacation

The balcony was amazing! It was very clean and well stocked. We had access to beach chairs, towels and toys which was perfect for almost 2 year old granddaughter. The location was excellent and close to so many restaurants and activities. We would definitely book again!

We could not have been happier with our family's experience in this condo! It's fully stocked with a lot of the little things provided. The balcony is magnificent with real furniture to enjoy the view with comfort. Exactly what we needed for a quiet few days away.
