Spacious 8BR updated home w/ pool and hot tub

Sound Move is a converted duplex that has an open main level, which includes a kitchen, dining, living space, and half bathroom. Each side of the home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and parking.

Sound Move has a private salt water pool, a hot tub on each side of the property, and (2) outdoor charcoal grills to use. All bedrooms have Smart TVs with WiFi throughout the home. Sound Move is equal distance between the Sound and Ocean. An easy 3-5 minute walk away.

Many amenities provided such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper and a hair dryer in the bathrooms. The kitchen has paper towels, utensils, and cooking instruments you'll need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. There's even (2) laundry rooms onsite with laundry soap provided. Linens and towels provided by 3rd party.

Dreading carrying your luggage, groceries, or any other belongings up the stairs? No need to worry! Sound Move has an outdoor cargo lift to carry these items for you!

You may bring your furry family member (up to 3) with Owner notification. We do charge a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet.

Sound Move is a vacation home for family and friends in a clean well-kept neighborhood. Disruptive parties and events are not allowed. Must be over 25 to rent.

Sound Moves
We had a wonderful stay at Sound Moves. The house was the ideal size and layout for our family of 17. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and it was a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Swimming in the pool was a highlight for the kids. The owner was great at responding to our questions and making sure we had everything we needed! We are all looking forward to our next trip!

Loved the place. Issues with getting in as keypad was not coded so had to wait. Also cleaning people did not complete and left withoit cjecking for proper cleanliness and was not equiped with proper shhets for beds. Otjer than that stay was nice and comfortable My suggest OP pn is to check with your cleaning people Tiolet on half bath on cmon area was full of poop tjat jad been sittong tjere awhole uppn is checling in

Family Reunion
17 of us stayed at this property for a week. It was exactly as the pictures described. The pool is a great size, and the hot tubs were nice to have as well. The bedrooms are a good size, not large, but space to easily move around. The bunk rooms are small, best for younger kids. The showers are small, but to be expected. We purchased extra toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing soap, and laundry detergent, but did have a small supply there when we arrived which was nice! Emily was excellent at responding to any inquiries quickly. Some of the pots and pans needed a better cleaning, or to simply be replaced. Otherwise, everything was stocked nicely, and we had a great stay at this property!

Great spot for a family get-away!
Set in a neighborhood, it was a great place for our family of 15 to get away and relax. The pool was clean and the kids loved it! Beach was a short walk and it was perfect – not crowded and great weather. Only negative: The bunkbed rooms on the lower level were small for two people in each room. Might work better with children but not teenagers.

Property was fine for November but I would not want to stay there if you want to go on beach. The beach access is blocked with sand bags across the street and you would have to drive to get to beach. Suggestions: trash can in bathrooms and bedrooms. Additional coffee mugs. Seemed well stocked otherwise

Great beach house
Our large extended family enjoyed our stay here for our week Long Beach trip at Topsail. The place is two houses combined so the common area is very large. The house also look newly renovated. The pool, hot tubes were also really nice and the beach is only a short walk away. The only complain is there’s no gas grill.

Great size for a big group
We had a group of 17 adults and the house had plenty of space inside and out for us to all spend time together without feeling cramped. The pool area was great and we used both hot tubs with our large group. The walk/drive to the beach was easy and there were multiple public access options nearby. The tiki bar nearby was also a great place to go play volleyball.

Fabulous Week at the Beach
Every other year we do a beach trip with our group of friends with kids. None of us had ever been to Topsail but we really enjoyed the quiet area. We aren't a big "go out and do things" group but that is available about 15-20 minutes away. The house was great for our group. All the adults had a bedroom with a bathroom. Other 4 rooms were for the kids. The lofts that are open to the living room worked out for extra space for our son. He likes to go to bed early so he went to bed in our room then we moved him to the loft when we went to bed. The kitchen was open and plenty big and had everything we needed for our meals. The pool was plenty big for our group of 8 adults and 8 younger kids. The location was great too. There were a couple different beach access points about a quarter mile/5 minute walk away. Basically, both sides of the blue condos. And we're right around the corner from the Tiki Bar. The ladies had fun there one night (perhaps too much fun?). Our first trip to Topsail was a success. The rental folks were very nice and responsive when we needed anything. We would definitely book here again!

Great spot for large families
We had two families stay on this property for a week. It was perfect because one family got one side and the other family got the other side. We had plenty of room to spread out. And the pool was wonderful!
