Cette maison a une vue imprenable sur la plage et la voie navigable Intracoastal et est à un jet de pierre de la plage. L'arriÚre de la maison borde la voie navigable Intracoastal et vous pouvez entendre les vagues déferlantes de l'océan et regarder les dauphins nager en sirotant votre café du matin sur la terrasse surplombant l'océan.

Il y a 6 chambres (toutes avec de nouveaux meubles de chambre et un nouveau matelas Ă  plateau-coussin) et 3 salles de bain complĂštes avec un deuxiĂšme et troisiĂšme Ă©tage autour des ponts.

Piscine privée dans la cour arriÚre avec bain à remous et bar Tiki entourée d'une clÎture de 6 pieds pour plus d'intimité.

3 chambres avec lits Queen. 1 chambre avec lits superposés doubles. 1 chambre avec un ensemble de lits jumeaux et une chambre avec futon queen en bas et lit jumeau en haut. Deux matelas supplémentaires en option de sauvegarde. Il y a 4 téléviseurs dans la maison et plusieurs lecteurs DVD.

The view and access to the beach was great! We had a few minor inconveniences with the property but Ben was very responsive. The property could use a little TLC including weeding around the pool area.

Perfect House on the Beach

We had a great time and really enjoyed this property. The beach across the street was beautiful and we really loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The week went too fast but we will be back!

Spring trip

The property was exactly as listed, the pool and hot tub were great features and spectacular to soak in. The house had amazing views of the ocean with quick direct access. Would definitely book another trip to this house.

House has it all!

This is a great property and comfortably fit 3 families. It has great views of the ocean and the sound, and an amazing backyard to relax in when you don't want to be on the beach. Hope to stay at again.

In town for a destination wedding

Beautiful views, in a beautiful neighborhood. Bens property in one of the best we saw in the area. One of the few with beach and a pool. I would absolutely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in N.C. Definitely a 10/10 property.

Relaxing stay

Although the weather could have been warmer, we had a fabulous stay at Ben’s place. The kids swam every day in the heated pool for several hours, and even went in the ocean several times. The views are gorgeous, and we loved watching the dolphins from our porch. Our family had a great time relaxing and enjoying games, walks and exploring the area!

Great week!

House as advertised and we had a great stay. Plenty of room for 13 adults. Front porch has awesome views of the ocean and a favorite spot for morning coffee. House and kitchen comfy and well appointed. Outdoor shower was a highlight and most used "room" in the house. Short walk to the beach made for convenient access. Would recommend to everyone.

Stunning views and all the amenities!

Sunrise and sunset from the wraparound porch is worth it alone. Add in the tiki bar, pool, hot tub, and unobstructed ocean views and you have the perfect vacation spot! Host was very responsive and friendly. Very easy instructions for everything. We will definitely be back!

Home was very well stocked and maintained. Access to beach is incredible. Backyard, pool area is extremely fun friendly and comfortable. Ben was excellent to deal with and responded quickly to questions. We would recommend this home highly.

Beautiful home with excellent location

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The proximity to the ocean is fantastic and the backyard is like an oasis with a gorgeous pool and very clean hot tub. The living area was cozy with a wonderful view of the ocean. The deck furniture was plentiful and in great condition. We spent a majority of our time enjoying the pool area and loved grilling and eating on the back patio. We would definitely consider staying at this rental again.

Fantastic property.

The property was clean and well equipped and well maintained. It's exactly as it seems on the description. Beautiful! Porches with porch swings. Beautiful for you of the ocean and the inlet. 10 adults and three kids were very comfortable. Plenty of room to be together and to get away from each other if we need to.

What's not to love about North Topsail Beach! After searching many months for the right home, I finally found it here. The beautiful view of the ocean and the sound of the waves says it all! Newly renovated, with fresh paint, new tile and carpet. Quiet beach, as if its all your own!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Spectacular views of the ocean & intracoastal waterway (both w/ unobstructed views) and plenty of deck to enjoy them both! Private in-ground pool w/ privacy fence. The tiki bar puts an added touch to the pool area for fun in the sun!!!
