The Space: 405 OC Suites is located at a fantastic downtown and beachfront spot on 4th St. and the Boards, walking distance to the best Ocean City has to offer! You will be staying in a piece of OC history, as this unit is part of a renovated building from the early 1900’s. This suite is one of many suites in a family-oriented, multi-unit building that emphasizes a quiet and relaxing vacation experience. If you’re looking for a convenient home-base to explore the beach and boardwalk, a comfortable night’s sleep, and a clean sleek space, this could be the right place for you!

Space details: -Unit located on the second floor; must climb 1 flight of stairs. -Fully furnished, AC window units, Cable, Wifi included. -Kitchenette: 1 induction burner, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes/pots and pans/utensils provided. Best suited for preparing small meals and warming up leftovers. -Small dining area seats 4. -Private enclosed sunroom off the back of the unit. Only accessed through one of the bedrooms (Bedroom 2) -Two bedrooms: each room has 1 queen size bed (sleeps 2 each). TV's provided in both rooms with Netflix access. -One 3-piece bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). -No separate living room -NOTE: While beachfront, this unit does not have direct beach views. -Direct access to the boardwalk on 4th St. from front entrance. -Beach entrance right across from building entrance. -Many dining options within a 1 block radius for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. -In addition to hosts/co-hosts, will have on-site staff to assist with check-in, check-out, and to help with any concerns or questions during your stay. -NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED. -NO PARKING included or available at building. Free and paid public parking just steps away. -Presence of functional security cameras viewing the 2nd and 3rd floor hallways, front main entrance, and back landing.

Guest Access: All guests in the building share a small rinsing station at the main entrance to wash off sand after the beach, and a bike rack at the back of the building.
The Neighborhood: Buzzing downtown Ocean City is right outside your door! You are right in the middle of it all in this apartment. Walk to Trimper's, Jolly Roger's, the pier, the inlet, and enjoy all of the fabulous stores and eateries that line the boardwalk.
The "Tidelands Caribbean" pool bar is right behind the building, which allows non-guests use of the pool area with purchase of food/drink!
Right below the apartment is a Dunkin' Donuts, convenient for coffee and breakfast. Some restaurants close-by include 4th St. Taphouse Bar and Grille, Hooter's, and Shenanigan's Bar and Grille.
Best of all, there is an entrance to the beach right across from the apartment for easy access to days of fun in the sun.
Getting Around: NO PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE BUILDING. Public parking is $3/hour, with lots and spaces on every street. Free parking is available in the city as well, with spaces available on the side streets, and availability closer to bayside.
The Boardwalk Tram, Coastal Highway Beach Bus, and Park & Ride are public transportation options if you prefer not to drive around the city.

The room wasn't the greatest as far as size, but you can't beat the convenience. Front door leads right out to the boardwalk and beach.

The place is clean, but the structure is old and dilapidated. It needs renovation .
Everything was as it was stated. The real enjoyment was its proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and the fun. The workers were respectful and warm.

Great stay on boardwalk
this is a great location to stay if you want to be in the heart of the boardwalk action
room is updated modern and clean. Not fancy but perfect if you dont need alll the frills kitchen was small with hotplate to cook on. but good to make breakfast- eggs and bacon.
couple blocks from bike rental on 8th street and right by umbrella and body board rentals om the beach
very responsive staff
no trouble finding free parking a couple blocks away- even in the height of tourist season in mid July

It was ok
Place is not “modern” at all, and barely a suite. But it was decent enough for a few days stay. No parking, so be prepared to park on the street or pay for parking. There is no pool, although when you select pool in searches this place comes up- there is one at a different hotel behind this unit, that the owner says you can use. It is right on the boardwalk, and close to the beach so that is great!

Perfect Beach Stay
Property was just as presented in adds. Owners were always very responsive and accommodating. In addition, the onsite support for checking in and any other matters that arise were also very helpful. The unit we stayed in had a window that faced the common hallway where the light remained on so the back room doesn't get dark if you like it pitch black. The property not having parking can get tricky during busy times but if you can find free street parking and don't have a reason to move your vehicle, it can work well.
We were there for a weekend and it was a prime spot near the boardwalk and beach. I would seek availability in the property again as well as recommend to others.

Terrible time
The posting is not accurate at all. If you’re looking for a run down location and mold on the walls this is the place for you. We didn’t even stay we left and VRBO AND THE OWNER have yet to return our funds from the “stay”. We contacted them the instant we arrived. It was awful and the images we took are atrocious. Highly NOT recommend for anything other then a bachelor’s stay that you want to maybe get tetanus…awful. Less then one star

Quick OC Getaway done simply…done right
Had a most excellent stay. Overall value of stay was exceeded. The location came as advertised and was close to everything we wanted to go (Beach, boardwalk, Dunkin Donuts, Hooters, etc.). Wish we had another bathroom, but the place was listed as having just one so I can’t really complain. Was clean and towels and basics were provided. My worry coming in was about parking as it was not included on-site. However Cristina provided us with a scouting report on where the good free parking spots were and we never had trouble finding a spot…even during Air Show weekend! Of course, with everything close by on 4th street, there was really no need to really move about either. We WILL RETURN!

Clean room and perfect location! The room was in a great location on the boardwalk! Property manager was attentive when we needed anything, building was always clean. Overall an amazing time!
