Cozy 2nd floor unit with spectacular Bay views. Sit on the deck & enjoy the peace and tranquility, or spend the day on the beach, shopping, miniature golfing, etc. within walking distance. Great location only 1 block to the beach, access to OC bus transportation. Short walk to Seacrets, Mackey's, Fager's Island, Bad Monkey, Alley Oops, Johnny's Pizza, Dumser's, and Nicks Mini Golf. Unit is equipped with washer & dryer, Dish TV, Queen size bed, pull out sleeper sofa. Kitchen is well equipped plus coffee pot & microwave. Come enjoy and relax!

Waking up ech morning and walking out to the balcony to hear a chorus of birds was worth the price alone. Beautiful views of the bay no matter what time of the day. Clean condo with many amenities.

Great place and great location!

This was our second time staying and we would go back again. The place is always clean and well cared for, its located in a nice complex with parking a breeze. Easy access to the beach and close to stores/restaurants. Fagers island is always a good choice!

We were in town for Oceans Calling and this condo was perfect! The bus stop was basically at the front of the property.The condo was super clean and had amazing bay views. Our host was super friendly, a great communicator, and made the check-in/check-out process a breeze. We highly recommend.

Home away from home!

The place was perfect! Great location with easy access to the beach and multiple stores and restaurants within walking distance! The place has everything you need and more, the porch is great to sit out on and enjoy the sunrise or sunset! We will definitely be back!

From the beginning my husband and I bought this place to be closer to my son and his family, since then my husband has passed, and I bought a house here, and seldom get to use the Condo.
