Looking for a place that is close to the beach? This unit your perfect choice being only steps away from the beach. You'll easily be able to come and go for lunch, snacks or just to get out of the sun for a while. From the covered patio, you'll be able to enjoy the cool ocean breezes as you listen to the waves crash onto the shore and unwind from your fun-filled day. Located in the center of Ocean City, the unit provides easy access to miniature golf, go-carts, a water park, jet ski rental, SUP's, and some of the best restaurants including the Bonfire Buffet, Touch of Italy and Longboards to name a few. Close to the route 90 bridge, this unit provides easy access to wherever your OC adventures take you!

This nicely appointed unit is exceptionally clean and has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. It has wood-style laminate flooring, newer furnishings in the living room and bedroom along with a flat screen TV. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the sleeper sofa is also a queen. You 'll appreciate the well-stocked kitchen for making those cost-saving meals at home. There is a washer/dryer combo available for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building
* Sorry, no pets allowed.
* We do not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Ocean Terrace does not have an elevator.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is available.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 69th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 4 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Cute and clean place with parking on site. If stairs are a challenge, would recommend getting a unit on the ground or second levels. Futon mattress needs to be replaced. Paper products were not provided.

We were on 69th street and that was a great location. The boardwalk starts on 27th, but we walked there and then took the bus back. It was very convenient. The next night, we walked in the opposite direction and took a bus back. We were able to cover the whole area. We were right near the beach and I loved not having to drag all of the beach stuff more than half a block. I would definitely stay here again. There's also a grocery store nearby that was very convenient. The location was also close to many restaurants, mini golf and ice cream.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the minute we opened the door of the condo it was a perfect long weekend of bliss for the two of us. So relaxing sitting on the big wide comfy couch in the living room which was a pull out bed. Plenty of sitting space don't feel like your falling into the other person. Our bedroom was quite large with a ceiling fan. We were able to use the coat hangers and luggage rack. Lots of space for our clothes and other bags in our room. I liked being able to put bags under the bed when they were empty. I loved the use of space in this apartment. Even if we had two other people there was space for their luggage. I only cooked eggs twice and made myself cup of tea couple of times however there is two coffee type of machines and so many newer pans dishes etc in the cupboards. We love the nice hot water in the shower and great water pressure. We loved that everything was so clean and new in the apartment. Nothing was spared. Did 'notice the light stand on the right didnt seem to be switching on when we arrived. My husband tried switching bulbs they worked and it was the actual lamp nearest closet in bedroom. (not a big deal) We would highly recommend great place and two seats out on deck to enjoy a great view as well and few steps to beach. We were able to take the B Bus on APP- Ocean City Mary Beach Bus $4 all day you can ride the Coastal Highway up and down we did to boardwalk and dinner.

Updates helped appearance but place smells of cigarette smoke. Ac wasn't great, needs better ceiling fans to stir air. Refrigerator really loud but liked the large water tank for long showers.

Oceans Calling Wknd at Oceans Terrace

Recently spent a weekend at Oceans Terrace during the Oceans Calling music fest weekend. The area was a quick car/bus drive away from the boardwalk and short walk from several stores. Easy beach access at the end of the street. Good value for the location.

My only concern was the front door lock was just a door knob lock (no deadbolt) which raises some security concerns. Hopefully a deadbolt can be added in the future.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property was as advertised - extremely clean a great location. The beach there is wide with lots of room. The only thing I would advise is to know there is no elevator available and thus unit is on the 3rd floor. I may have missed that small detail when booking - but if you are physically fit - you will love this unit!!
