We would stay here again with no hesitation. Who doesn’t like a house that you are able to use as your own in every aspect ! The kids enjoyed their time and the house is close to everything we needed!

Lots to stay busy with.

The property had so much stuff to do, both inside and outside. The house was stocked with everything we needed, it was super clean, and everyone had space to hang out and play pool or watch movies in the theater. Would definitely book with them again.

Sweet Sixteen

Went to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday with 2 of her friend's. They had a great time playing pool, Foosball & air hockey. They also had a great time playing the pac man arcade games & really enjoyed hanging out in the theater room. It was a great place to host teenagers.

Close to Dicks

Property is as advertised. House is clean. All amenities are as advertised. Hot tub works great. Beds are not the most comfortable I’ve ever seen but they’re sufficient. The house is close to Dicks if you’re in town for an event. The neighborhood seems alright. There are several 24 hour taco places nearby. Overall no problems for a 5 night stay. Would stay here again.

A big hit for a Hiking + Red Rocks Vacation

My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay at the KushKations house! Shaquan is an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and always looking to help! The hot tub, air hockey, arcade games, and lots of other fun amenities kept us entertained for our entire week stay. Movie theatre chairs are cushy, but definitely grab a few air mattresses on your way in to maximize the experience !!! :)

Family Fun House

My family stayed here for a week long softball tournament. The house was great for us, location was central to all of our games. The house didn’t have a washer and dryer so we couldn’t wash our uniforms. The house was clean and big enough for our my big family. The kids enjoyed the movie room the best. The pool table needs to be fixed, though to fully enjoy it. Communication with the owner was quick, easy and effective. Check in was easy too.

Uncomfortable stay

If you don't know what 420 friendly means, then google it before staying here! We couldn't stand the smell! The house is right next to a busy intersection and near the interstate, so we heard traffic all the time, even at night. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. My kids did enjoy the game room and the theater room, although only the first row of reclining chairs worked in the theater room. The security camera faced in the direction of the hot tub also made us feel uncomfortable using the hot tub.

Fun location for our family work/cation

After we put away the adult paraphernalia...the family got to really enjoy all the fun things this unique location had to offer. We loved the home theater and the pool table the most. The kids played games, enjoyed the hot tub. I was able to cook in the stocked kitchen and our dog enjoyed the backyard. A few recommendations, the layout of the living/game room could be rearranged to better use the space. I also recommend a rug under the pool table to keep it from slipping and to help protect the floor from falling pool balls. The downstairs bathroom could use a shelf because it doesn't have counter space or storage. Overall, I was very impressed with the location, the excellent communication from the management company and the fun features this home has to offer.

Fun house with plenty of space. Good service from managers.

This is a great house for young adults. Plenty of activities within the house itself, and plenty of space including a large yard. The house is in good condition overall. Only slight drawback was it's a bit out of the way of everything, and there's nothing really nearby, unless you want to go to Chubby's and punish yourself. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly but also seemed a bit sketchy, so I wouldn't stay here with kids. But like I said, great for a younger crowd.
