Breezy Acres Farm Apartment 2 - (2 of 2 units) is a delightful, pristine apartment in an immaculate private country setting on a hill above Fly Creek. It is a short scenic drive to The Village Cooperstown. These apartments are in immaculate condition. Both apartments are on the second floor and each has a private entrance on opposite sides of the building.

Breezy Acres Farm Apartments features a large yard and a peaceful view. Enjoy the fire pit for family campfires. The stylish décor is very welcoming with contemporary colors. The hosts provide all of the comforts of home for you, including a complimentary 1/2 dozen eggs, produced by their own chickens. Breezy Acres is a "seasonal working farm" with various farm animals on and around the property. All farm animals located in a separate red barn on the property.

The first floor of the building is devoted to a shared game room, complete with Foosball table and Wii video gaming system. The basketball hoop is waiting for your practice shots. The shared laundry room is also on the first floor.

Breezy Acres 2 has a private entrance on the back of the building.

Check out Breezy Acres Farm Apartment 1 in same building with a separate private entrance, if you need space for another family.

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable

Perfect getaway from all the noise and commotion of the baseball park. My family had a wonderful, relaxing time and even our ballplayer enjoyed some downtime at the farm.

Cool spot

We were there for the Cooperstown Dreams Park Tournament and the location was about 10 minutes from the park. The apartment was also close to the Cooperstown attractions. Mike, the owner of the property was very accommodating and showed our family around the farm. The pond beside the house was fun to fish in for the kids and adults. We had two cow friends the entire week that provided us entertainment on a nightly basis. I would definitely recommend the house for anyone with a family of four or less.

My family and I loved our stay at Breezy Acres Farm! Our apartment was very clean, full size clean kitchen, and comfortable beds. Mike, the owner was available to answer questions and show us the farm. It was about a 10minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park where our Grandson was playing. We enjoyed everything at the farm especially the cleanliness. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved this place!

This place was just right! We loved the views, the animals, the game room and the laundry accessibility! Mike and his wife were great hosts! Very friendly and offered anything we needed, like fishing equipment. Mike even made time to show my girls around the animals. The unit was spacious enough for a family of five, 2 of which were only there for 2 nights since we were there for the Dreams Park Baseball Tournament. We were just 15 minutes from park and 10 minutes from the town and Hall of Fame. The location was perfect and quiet. Our unit faced the cows and that was a nice touch to our great patio view! We loved it!

Great Place to Stay

My family and I stayed at Breezy Acres during our visit at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It’s only a ten minute drive to the park. The apartment was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had a microwave, oven, and dishwasher and a Webber gas grill outside. There was even a fishing hole filled with fish. The farm had roosters, chickens, and turkeys. Being from the city it was a treat staying on a farm. Mike, the owner, was a great host and took time if we needed anything or if we had questions. I highly recommend Breezy Acres Farm as a place to stay. I give it a 10 out of 10 !

Peaceful and close location

We had a great time at our apartment! It was very important for us to stay close to the park as we don’t find out our schedule close to when we arrive, and this was only 10 minutes to Cooperstown Dream park as well as from the Cooperstown Village (downtown area with all the little shops and Baseball Hall Of Fame). Even though we didn’t had much time at the rental, the game room on the first floor added some comfort knowing the kids had a place to hang out once we get home or cook a meal. Mike was a great host, easy to contact in case we needed anything. He also took us around the farm and showed us his animals. Looking forward to book again in couple of years when it’s time for our youngest to play!

Great Week!

We had a wonderful week staying in Apt 2! The place was clean and comfortable. We had a pretty hot July week and the a/c units kept the space cool. We had everything we needed including washer/dryer access which was great by the end of the week. The last night when our son checked out of his Cooperstown bunk, Mike happily brought us down a fishing rod and bait. We didn’t utilize the game room since we didn’t have other kids with us but it was such a nice little spot with video games, foosball and ping pong. Less than 15 minutes to the fields so it was very easy. I would absolutely recommend this spot! Especially if you can get both sides with another teammate family!

Cute spot

This was exactly the kind of place we wanted. It was big enough for our small family and close to where we wanted to be. It was a cute and simple set up. Kitchen, dining and living room. Bathroom. Two bedrooms. One for kids one for adults. Water was hot. Everything worked and it was a good place to stay. We didn’t have time to enjoy the game room but it looked fun and the property was clean, well maintained and a pretty to observe. My only setback was that the bed could be more comfortable for adults. My girls didn’t seem to mind but they are young and were quite sleepy.

Terrific Place to Stay for a Cooperstown Visit

We had a terrific stay in the Breezy Acres Farm Apartment 2. The place is comfortable and welcoming. It had plenty of room for our family of 4. The location is super quiet with a great view of the surrounding area. The hosts are terrific- friendly and informative. We would be quite happy to stay there again when we return to Cooperstown.

Good stay

This apartment is very nice and super clean. The location on the seasonal farm is very pretty, but it takes a good 10-15 mins to get in to Cooperstown ; not a big deal but you should not be prepared to walk to anything. Only complaint is that as the former second floor of a barn, the bedrooms get very warm. There is only AC in the living room and it was very humid during our stay, so the open windows didn’t do much good on some of the nights. The eggs in the fridge are a lovely gesture. We would definitely stay here again.

Breezy Acres

The Breezy Acres rental was really nice and the Burns family is great. My wife son and I enjoyed our stay, the area was beautiful and a walk around the neighborhood in itself is relaxing. What made the trip special was how accommodating they were. Our vehicle broke down leaving us stranded for 24 hours. Mr and Mrs Burns offered to take us to get food if needed and even drove a half hour out of their way to take us to the repair shop. You don't find that type of friendliness everywhere.
