Please Note: This home is a duplex and shares a driveway with a long term tenant in the other unit. All spaces in this home are completely private, including the backyard.

THE SPACE
The living space features vaulted ceilings and large windows with mountain views. The brightly lit, well-equipped kitchen has all of the necessities to whip up a delicious meal while the open floor plan offers ample space for bringing family and friends together. Spend the cool summer evenings unwinding in the backyard or grilling up a feast for the family!

The main bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor with comfortable queen bed, TV, sitting room and bathroom. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide guest privacy and beautiful mountain views. Plush memory foam mattresses ensure a restful night's sleep after a long day exploring all that Glenwood Springs has to offer!

The backyard is not fenced, so please take extra caution with small children and DO NOT LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED.

A high chair and pack and play are provided.

• Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled at least 30 days of arrival, 50% refund if cancelled between 14-29 days of arrival, NO refund if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival.
