Beautiful and unique house with amazing Western Theme decor. Fully remodeled, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, dining area, 693 sq ft private guest house nestled in the heart of the historic Bivins neighborhood.

The Property has a ring security camera placed in the front exterior of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.

Master bedroom with king bed. Living room has a day bed and a couch.

The entrance to The Yellowstone- you can park under the carport , at the end of the carport is a fence with brands and horseshoes, open the gate and you will see the entrance. There is a small fenced patio area and yard in the front entrance of The Yellowstone.

Parking: You can park in the driveway, on the right hand side leading to the carport. The front house is also a rental and their parking is in the driveway, on the left hand side. There is a yellow line on the driveway, please do not park or block the parking for the other side.

Superb little back house

This whole house has everything you could want for an overnight stay. Every amenity has been provided. It is spotlessly clean. Both the beds were very comfortable. Great Air Conditioning. Remodeled bathroom. The host has gone beyond all expectations. The negative is the drive up appeal. The little house is right behind a much larger, long-term rental, which is unsightly. Once you get past that, it is great.

They thought of everthing

These hosts have thought of everything. This cozy house is so well appointed. Every bit of the space is so well set up for comfort and convenience. The bathroom and kitchen are stocked with every convenience and well labeled. It was a joy to use the fully equipped kitchen and take in the eclectic charm of the decor. The hosts truly care about delivering a great experience. We hope to stay here agian on our travels to Amarillo.

Wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.

We were impressed with how clean the house was. We were also impressed with the wifi speed. It was nice to be able to let our dog out off leash as well. My only suggestion would be that you may want to add safety rails in the bathroom for older renters. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Clean in good neighborhood

Very clean and in a nice safe neighborhood. We would stay again. Only thing I would say that could be used at the home is an outside grill.

The absolute best!!!

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay at The Yellowstone. It was tastefully decorated, warm, and inviting. The couch and bed were comfortable and gave us the perfect amount of space for our weekend getaway. The property was centrally located for the Route 66 Festival, off of 6th street downtown. The Big Texan Steakhouse & brewery , The Route 66 Bug Ranch , and Cadillac Ranch were all within10-15 minute drive. And for the outdoor enthusiasts, Palo Duro Canyon State Park was a short 30 minute drive. The host's communicated with us every step of the way and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Amarillo!

I came to Amarillo for my daughter’s horse show at the fairgrounds. I brought my dog and it was so easy and such a perfect location. Very grateful for the hosts communication! Very attentive and easy to work with! Thank you!!
