My family really enjoyed our stay at Perdido Key! The condo was perfect for our needs with a great view and easy beach access. My kids enjoyed playing in the sand, jumping waves, and swimming in the pool. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and fun family activities a short drive away.

Overall good, and balcony view was great. Only issues, were cold water was turned off in master bathroom sink. Also, Wi-Fi only allowed one user at a time and the tvs would not stream most of the time.Furniture was functional but old.

Great view and spacious!!!

Very nice and spacious. Lots of room for the seven of us. We loved the view. The beach was not crowded at all. Pool was nice as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Location

Nice location and easy access to beach. Would suggest that the owners make beach chairs available to guests. Rentals were $40.00 a day, which seemed pricey.

Amazing Windermere We love this place. It was very cozy and had amazing views.

We had a good time because we felt very safe. We met a very friendly group that love to get together and give you privacy if you want to be by yourself. The workers were very attentive and they solved any problem fast.

Top notch condo on the beach!

This was an amazing place to stay! The condo was clean, roomy, quiet and had beautiful views of the Gulf. The beds and furniture were comfortable and high quality and Southern provided everything needed for our stay and for cooking—many dishes, pots, pans, baking dishes. Great response time and communication. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Nice Condo a little slower area

We enjoyed the location. It’s a nice place perfect for our family. It’s a little further off the main drag but we enjoyed the slower pace and less crowded beaches. The sandbar on this beach allowed for our kids to play safely and do all their favorite beach activities. The pool was just what they needed when the waves were too much. The place is perfect for 2 couples the bunk room was perfect for our boys. Close enough to all the fun stuff but far enough out to slow down.

Overall, the property was great. Very comfortable and clean. The bunkroom was perfect for 2 12 year old girls. The stove was a little dated, but worked fine. The pull out couch seemed to be broken and was hard to pull out, but was glad to have the extra bed. Turned out to be a great trip.!

Perdido key vacation

This property is very nice and a great location. However, the condo does need some updates. The mattress in the main bedroom is worn out & squeeky. The stove is so old you can not read the numbers on the dials. The shower head was sad. Otherwise everything else was great

Southern vlVacay Rentals is the worst and I will never book with them again

The condo was so incredibly dirty when we arrived, mold growing in guest bathroom, dishes with moldy milk, covers on the bed with black dirt and sand, the floors turned our feet black within an hour, light bulbs were out throughout the condo, tvs didn't work, and all southern vacation rentals would say was they had a work order created and were working on the issues. Half of the family got sick and left a day early and they believe it was the mold.

Decent for an older property


For the most part we were satisfied with our stay, a couple of things did bother me, both with the smaller bedroom with bunk beds
 I reached out to the property manager to see if the size of the bunkbeds were standard twins, they look small in the picture. I was assured they were standard twin size beds, and they most certainly are not. They were twin size length, but the mattresses were narrower. Also, there’s almost no storage in that room. There’s a small shelf with two bins, that’s it no closet and no dresser/ drawers so be prepared to store things in another bedroom. Also, the door frame is in rough shape, looks like someone tried to break in but I’m guessing the chain caused the damage. Other than that the condo was nice, it’s an older property and is beginning to show its age. The condo was clean and came with plenty of room for sitting, the bed were a little softer than I like, and very creaky. I would say this property met our expectations, but certainly didn’t exceed them. The kitchen has a nice amount of items for cooking meals as well. Bathrooms are probably due for an upgrade but were clean.
