Award winning, world famous Grace Bay beach is known for its stunning crystal clear turquoise water, soft white sand, with no rocks, and calm waters protected by the barrier reef 1 mile off shore.
If convenience, relaxation, and walkability is your goal, this is the place to be. A one minute walk to the spa, fitness center, and lighted tennis courts, with an additional 2 minutes to the beach and free form pool (umbrellas and chairs included complimentary). The award winning 'Solana' restaurant with its famous conch salad, conch fritters, and sushi is at Ocean Club West. Solana also provides food and drinks to the only on sand beach bar in the area.
A 5 minute walk along Grace Bay Road leads to numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, a yoga studio, grocery stores, wine store, and many shops. The renowned 'Coco' Bistro restaurant is only a short walk, but you will likely need to make reservations there 6 months in advance.
If an active holiday is more your speed, a Hobie cat is available on site to rent for a sail. The Provo Golf Club, voted top 5 in the Caribbean, is one mile away. For the truly adventurous, hydrofoils and boat excursions for snorkeling and diving can be rented from the beach. Long Bay, just ten minutes away is a world class kiteboarding destination, with consistent trade winds and shallow sandy shores for miles.
The condo includes a master Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a double twin bedroom (that can be converted into a queen bed if requested) with ensuite bathroom. A third half bathroom is located off the main lounge. An additional cot is available to fit into the bedroom, or a pull out couch in the lounge. A full kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and large refrigerator opens into a spacious open plan living area with breakfast bar, dining table, and couches. Secure Wi-Fi, flat screen tv with cable television, air conditioning, and washer dryer are all included. We provide a starter pack of essentials while you get settled in.
Our property manager Thashena lives close by and is available while you are there.
