Our host Mark was awesome he was very quick to reply when we had questions. The property was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Short walk to the beach and downtown restaurants and amenities. Mark was super responsive if we needed anything. We found the place was very clean and safe (gated with a code to go in and out) and had everything we needed. Would definitely love to go back!

The host was attentive and responsive to any needs we had. The condo is off the beaten path enough to afford privacy but close enough the Grace Bay Road to walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach without much difficulties. I would recommend the host and condo.

Perfect stay

Great place, spacious for family of 4, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. It is walking distance to restaurants and shops. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the beach. Mark was a wonderful host! Highly recommend!

Great Location

Quiet and walkable to grace bay. Perfect beach equipment and a wagon to haul it all! The kids had a great time at the pool!

Amazing

Great location! Close to the beach and shopping area. Clean property and having a pool was great! My kids enjoyed it. Mark was very accomodating and he replied instantly to all our requests.

Great stay in Provo!

Amazing condo! Great amenities in the house. Wagon for our son and beach items, beach chairs, beach umbrellas! Walking distance to Grace Bay strip. Awesome pool in the backyard. Everything was super clean! Communication with host was quick, helpful and easy! Would absolutely stay again

Our stay at this VRBO in Turks and Caicos was absolutely perfect—an ideal blend of luxury, comfort, and island charm. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and beach gear. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive from Grace Bay's restaurants and shops. The pool out the back door was a nice spot to relax. The host was responsive and helpful, giving easy to follow instructions, and making our vacation seamless from start to finish. The beach is a short drive by car, as the weather is pretty warm for a walk in the middle of the day. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended for a relaxing tropical getaway.

Great Location

Nice property. Well maintained grounds. 10 minute drive to most beaches. Loved that there were chairs and umbrellas to bring to beaches. Well equipped condo. Washer and dryer worked well. It would be nice to have a bbq to do some grilling. Easy check in/out. Excellent communication with the host.

The condo was in excellent shape and well supplied. It was an easy walk to the beach and to dining and shopping. There is construction going on in the neighborhood but we were out during the day so it was not an issue. The pool is a very nice feature. There was also an enclosed porch overlooking the pool area that we enjoyed relaxing in. Mark, our host, was friendly and helpful.

Grace Bay

The stay was great. Location great the towns house was nice. Modern furniture. The Area was walkable to beach and stores. Mark was response to our questions we’re great. The only issue we had was the pool. It was dirty and and it’s a older pool that needed work. Mark made every effort with the HOA to resolve it but was much more then cleaning overall it was a great vacation Would stay their again

Lovely Townhouse in Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chez Moi townhouse. Great location - you can definitely walk to downtown Grace Bay where all the shops and restaurants are. You can also walk to the public beach - we chose to drive the short distance and there was parking. It's right next to The Sands so we ate at Hemingway's for lunch while on the beach. The property was very clean, well appointed and the beds were comfy. The pool was great to have as a backup to the beach - it's right out the back door. The property is just as it's shown in the pictures. Mark checked in on us several times to make sure all was well. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a very comfortable stay in Palmyra Apt 206. The apt complex is very conveniently located to Grace Bay beaches, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. We were able to walk to watch the Muskanoo parade on Boxing day, avoiding the hassle of having to drive to or find parking that day in the Grace Bay area. Manager Mark Tenn was very prompt in responding to queries and was available to visit the property to rectify problems. Beds were very comfortable, there was adequate indoor/outdoor sitting and kitchen area and bathrooms were spacious. Minor issues such as TV remote not working, one toilet flush leaking and fire alarm beeping were not very bothersome and most had a work-around. Very safe and quiet gated property with all amenities for a family of 4, including adequate beach chairs/umbrellas/beach towels. Parking was a plus. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Providencialis and planning to stay in Grace Bay.

Loved our time in the Turks!!!

This is a great little property at a fraction of the cost of the large beach resorts. It is conveniently located to Grace Beach downtown. I took a 3 mile jog every day and was near the shops and all the resorts within minutes of the property. Convenient to walk to for grown adult adults but a bit more challenging if you have younger kids. We chose to rent a car as we wanted to tour the island and it made it very convenient to haul all the fun accessories. The property has beach gear which included chairs, umbrellas, and wagons. We used these accessories on every beach we went to and it was awesome!!Mark was an excellent landlord and very responsive. He also had some good insight on island, amenities, and food. Was wonderful to meet him!!We didn’t spend a ton of time at the property as our focus was getting out and seeing the island. While we were there the beds were comfortable, the shower was always warm and the air-conditioning was always cool!! We did cook in a few meals and it was very relaxing when we wanted to be lazy!We went to the pool almost every day for a bit. You could see the community needed to invest some money into updating it, however, we definitely still enjoyed it as the cool water helped to beat the heat.We truly loved our trip, stayed at a great property, and highly advise it for anyone!!!
