We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

Our other guest amenities Include:

The Wells, Maine area has many activities and attractions, including sandy beaches, wonderful restaurants, unique Maine shops, and events such as deep-sea fishing, kayaking and nature trails.


Each unit is permitted only ONE parking space
All rates subject to 9% lodging tax
All reservations subject to a resort fee and/or booking fee
Reservations for specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, or the reservation will be canceled
Payment in full is required upon the day of arrival
Payment Methods – All major credit cards accepted
No personal checks accepted
If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, you will receive a full refund, less
a $35.00 service fee . If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit.

Loved that we could walk to the beach and not have to deal with beach parking or a long walk down hot sand! My daughter loves the shops around the square. Rooms were very comfortable and even had a kitchenette and good sized fridge!

Our room was a bit dated but very clean. The hot tub and pool area are very nice! This place is a very good value, especially for being so close to the beautiful beach. Lots of bird-watching opportunities close by as well.

We had the place to ourselves. The pool and hot tub were clean, and the room was done over and clean as well. The owners are working on updating the place. Location is 10sec from Wells beach and a 3 min ride to all the stores and restaurants etc.

Weekend getaway

Property is located in a great location steps from the beach. This was our second stay here and we really enjoyed the stay. It was a rainy cold weekend but we spent time laying by the indoor pool and hot tub. Front desk woman was very nice and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Our room had everything we needed during our stay. The room wall decor is outdated but that didn’t affect our stay. The only thing I would recommend they replace is the screen door on the slider, it’s very hard to open and close. Overall a great stay and we look forward to going back!

Normal Hotel Room Setting

It was a nice hotel room atmosphere. The only problem we had was our sliding deck door did not function properly. They tried to fix it but it didn't work well at all.

great location

"Charming" does not describe the room. It would be much nicer if all the cheesy decorations were removed, freeing up storage space. The recliner was truly gross. Needs to be thrown away along with all the decorations. However, I swam laps every morning and the pool was very clean. Can't beat walking to the beach.

Birthday Celebration Weekend.

This was my birthday celebration weekend. The proximity to the beach was great. The pool and hot tub were great. We just thought that a little more could have been put into the room. The small stovetop aluminum burner trays were all rusty and dirty
.look to have been there a long time. They could use a new shower curtain liner
.it was all ripped and pretty gross. There is mold/dirty tile near the floor around the shower
could use some bleach. The recliner, while comfortable, had to be covered with a sheet before I would let my husband sit in it. It too is very dirty. The couch looked ok. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The wood/particle board furniture really needs to be replaced. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I think your future guests need to know what they are walking into. It was quite costly, so we expected more.

Wells Beach Visit

The apartment was clean, safe and in an excellent location. It is about a 2 minute walk from the beach. It is located about midway between Kennebunkport and Orgunquit. Steve and the other staff members were very helpful. We would readily stay there again. Thanks to all!

Wonderful beach weekend

Very short walk to the beach made the parking space even more invaluable. Plenty of little shops that fit the theme of being by the water. Local brewery and restaurant were both within walking distance (just under a mile). Well’s famous donut shop was also right down the road and well worth the wait.
