Fans, AC, stove — every opportunity to find the most comfortable temperature! Perfect location to everything; beach, shops, restaurants, and of course donuts :)We had another wonderful stay, thank you!

Clean and comfortable cottage that is centrally located and quiet. The cottage was bigger than expected and even better - it was pet friendly. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Easy check in and check out with responsive and nice hosts. Would certainly stay again.

Great location 20 minute walk to beach, small shops and ice cream close to grocery store, Walgreens, gas station, restaurants Cottage came with Good WiFi, cable, Grill, towels, fans, vacuum, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels dish soap etc Owners were very friendly and helpful especially loved there sweet dog Lily. Pool was heated and clean enjoyed a few times. Down the road was great reasonable breakfast spot Egg and I . Cottage was perfect as was our stay Thanks Chip and Stacy for a great week

A lovely stay in a cute cabin

He had a really nice weekend stay in this very cute cabin. Conveniently close to the beach, the cabin had a wood stove and it was cozy and fun and easy with the full kitchen. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

Great place in Wells.

Needed a place that accepted pets. This fit the bill. Under new ownership and they are slowly upgrading the cabins. Beds comfortable. Owner, Chip, very friendly and kept us abreast with a fix that was happening to our cabin. Would stay again if traveling with a pet.

Great place to stay

We could not have been happier with our stay. The set up and amenities were exactly what we needed. The property was bigger than we anticipated. The communication with the owner was quick and efficient. This was a perfect location with everywhere we wanted to go all very close. We cannot recommend it any better to anyone looking for a very affordable very nice place to stay right in the middle of everything you need to see in Wells. We absolutely will be back!

Best Hosts Ever!!!

We had such a great trip and most of it has to do with the Property Managers!! They gave great recommendations where to eat and where to find the best beaches! We couldn’t have asked for a better host! The only issue was the grass needed to be cut but it was something they couldn’t control and took care of it asap.

Wonderful spot for an off season rental

Property was clean and tidy. Loved the gas stove - took the morning chill off! Cabin was quiet and well situated on the property. We will definitely be renting here again!

Relaxing stay in a coastal cottage

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend with our two large dogs. Cabin had everything we needed and the location made it easy to take several short trips to beaches, preserves, and hiking trails. This was our second trip and we look forward to coming back!

Excellent stay with all the comforts of home!

Our cottage was charming and welcoming! Great location has barbecue, outside area for family with dogs And nice heated pool. Great kitchen with all you need, comfortable beds and pillows. Will be our go to spot from now on.

Though we were only up for a weekend we really enjoyed our stay. Have always loved the charm of Wells beach cottages. The property is lovely and the owners are very personable, that is always a plus for us!

Great Weekend Getaway!

We had a great time in this cottage! There were games provided, we loved the screened in porch area, and the best donut place is across the street. There is plenty of grass area for your kids/pets to run around and a firepit for all the cottages to enjoy.
