Welcome to Chimney Rock Escape! This home is the absolute perfect getaway for everyone! It can't get much better than this. With tons of amenities, 2 master suites, and magical red rock views, your picture-perfect memories are just a click away!

​​​​​​​We recently updated a few things and there's more to come! Instead of 3 bedrooms and a bonus room, there are now 4 bedrooms!
3 King beds and 1 Queen bed.

House Rules
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet-approved. Select homes are pet-approved.
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

Great place to stay. Has a beautiful view in the front with a fire pit and seating to enjoy while relaxing. Spacious house. Especially with the open concept of kitchen, dining and living rooms for everyone to come together to socialize before or after we went out for our adventures for the day.

Chimney Rock Escape had a great view out the front window and is located in a quiet neighborhood close to hiking trails and shopping. The open living room was spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is also a cabinet with some family games and puzzles. The master bedroom and bath was very comfortable with plenty of space and nice attached bathroom. One bedroom was located next door with a hall bath nearby. The bed in this room was a little high for my mother but would be fine for a younger person. It is also positioned on the colder side of the house. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom in between them on the other side of the house. Communication between us and the host was very good and timely.

What a treasure! This house was immaculate upon arrival! The kitchen was well-appointed in terms of dishes and cookware. The interior of the house is very comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well. The location is great, too. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Safeway is just a mile away. The house is close enough to anywhere in Sedona that you want to get to, yet far enough out of the busy and crowded downtown area. We definitely recommend staying at the Chimney Rock Escape!

Beautiful location! The house was perfect. We had a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms and they fixed it within a few hours. Would stay at this house again.

Overall, the property was great! The only complaint is that the pool was not clean and not cleaned on Friday as stated in the information. The pool was the main reason this property was chosen for my grandchildren, so this part was very disappointing.

What a great house

We had a great time at this house. It was roomy and comfortable, and even our picky teen had a great time. The neighborhood offers just about anything you might want nearby, including shopping, hiking and all kinds of restaurants.

Nice house with issues

1) the pool was VERY dirty and full of bird feces 2) the kitchen sink cold water facet and drinking water filter were broken 3) there was a fire alarm that needed batteries that beeped all night long

The house was in a great location. Property listing was very accurate. The house was unfortunately not properly cleaned. It was very dusty and stale smelling. The lounge cushion & rugs were very dusty. I am acutely asthmatic and struggled to breathe in the house. There was dirty cutlery in the dishwasher from previous guests. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned; the mats were wet from prior use. We let the property manager know; they sent out the cleaning crew and they did not vacuum and mop as promised. So very disappointing service overall. Not up to standard for a VRBO property and for the price we paid per night. Please get a new cleaning company who cares about their service.

Beautiful home that seemed bigger and more secluded in on-line pictures. Disappointed that sacks of smelly garbage were left in garage and not able to watch Suns games
