Bayfield Condo Rental Boatworks unit #201 is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo 2nd floor property with elevator access. Approx 1500 sq. ft. Private off-street parking. Located across the Apostle Island Marina. Views from every window. Enjoy the views from the balcony

Main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dinning table that seats 6 and additional 4 seating at the counter/bar, living room, fireplace, television, bedroom with queen bed, and full bathroom.

The upper level includes a queen bed, sitting area with 2 futons, television, a full bath with large. jetted tub. Washer and dryer are located in bathroom.

The worst view is at the kitchen stove. Get out and enjoy Bayfield!

People & pet friendly. However there will be a special assessment cleaning fee if necessary.

Booking - Nightly rate is based on 4 person occupancy. Additional charge for additional persons may apply. We had a wonderful stay. The property is right downtown so we walked everywhere. The condo was beautifully decorated and the porch was so nice. We sat outside and watched the boats come and go.

We had a beautiful stay! Applefest 2025 was a huge success for my wife & I. We brought two family members who have never been to the area and they had an amazing time. The space of the rooms was perfect, especially having two living areas for separate couples to enjoy. The pet friendly environment was perfect for our needs and it was great to see others enjoying that same opportunity in the area. 10/10 recommend working with this team for your perfect getaway.

Great location and so roomy. The loft was even bigger than I expected, plenty of room for all of us to have our own spaces. I loved the porch to sit in the morning and see the lake. We will definitely keep this in mind for future trips!

The 4 of us had a great stay at this home. It is very comfortable and had all we needed. It is ideally located in Bayfield. We especially enjoyed the deck in the morning and evening.

The property was comfortable. The kitchen had a large assortment of cookware, plates and flatware. We enjoyed the Madeline Island view from the balcony. The location is perfect ... close to everything without beng in the middle of everything.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Our 2nd year here and better than the 1st! Especially enjoy the wonderful early morning hours on the 2nd story deck when Bayfield is waking up. Hope the world situation does not prevent us from coming back for the 3rd time.

Love the condo, stayed there a couple times before. The barstools were pretty sketchy, they need new ones or need to be tightened. So many spiders on the patio, some of us didn't want to go out there anymore. So expensive still, and then when we pay for this condo at this price and there isn't a cheap bottle of shampoo and we had to do the dishes, and take out our own garbage it is a little ridiculous. We've stayed many places and have not had to worry about bringing our own hand soap, and shampoo and doing our own chores. Otherwise, we really like this condo.

The property was even nicer than the photos portrayed. We really enjoyed being so close to everything. We would have appreciated more than one copy of the key. We didn’t know where to put recycling, the dumpster had signs saying no recyclables allowed. Overall the accommodations were very comfortable and we had a great stay.

This is a wonderful condo just off Rittenhouse, the main street in Bayfield. It is clean and well maintained with 2 good sized living areas, one on the main floor and one upstairs and 2 full baths. There's a patio where you can sit and enjoy the sun and a full kitchen and dining table. We're a family of 3 so it's much more than we need but it's so nice to spread out. It would easily accommodate 6 or even more. The location is so convenient and we hardly ever drive as everything we need is within walking distance. This is our second year staying here and we'd happily stay again.

Location is everything

short walk to town, short walk to marina, short walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Coffee and sunrise on the balcony made for some great times.

Property was nice. Great location. On-site parking was very helpful. Biggest drawback was check-in process. Did not receive details from property manager prior to arrival. Went up to door of unit and found phone number of local manager. She was able to provide instructions on how to get into unit. A couple hours after check-in we received response from property manager. Manager did offer partial refund for delayed communication which was appreciated. Unit was overall pretty clean, but you could tell it was pet-friendly with residual pet hair on some of the soft surfaces (sheets, upholstery, etc.) Unit could use some new windows as several had fog or water droplets in-between the glass which obscured the great view. Overall, it was a great stay with plenty of room.

Anniversary weekend

Great location, walking distance to all restaurants/bars, and great views of the lake and marina. Views from the spacious deck/balcony is a plus.
