Kingfish - 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Private Rental est idéalement situé sur l'autoroute 23, à mi-chemin entre les bornes Mile Markers n ° 3 et n ° 4 à Venise, en Louisiane. Il y a un grand parking pour les bateaux et les remorques et pour les groupes et les séjours prolongés. Notre location privée est tout simplement supérieure: elle inclut tout le luxe et le confort de votre maison pour maximiser votre plaisir et votre plaisir à Venise.

Notre unité de location est une maison modulaire de 3 chambres à coucher / 2 salles de bain complètes avec plus de 1300 pieds carrés d'espace de vie et peut accueillir 6 personnes, avec chaque personne ayant son propre lit. Il est bien aménagé et entièrement meublé. Il comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, une télévision par satellite, une terrasse extérieure et un barbecue.

Il a un plan d'étage ouvert qui comprend un grand salon, une salle à manger et une combinaison de cuisine et comprend des photographies de pêche des invités passés et de leurs prises. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière, un lave-vaisselle, un four à micro-ondes, une cafetière et un four grille-pain. Tous les pots, casseroles, vaisselle et ustensiles sont fournis. Il y a une buanderie qui comprend une machine à laver et un sèche-linge.

La chambre principale comprend un lit queen-size et des lits jumeaux, la deuxième chambre comprend un lit superposé avec un matelas double et un matelas plein, et la troisième chambre comprend 2 lits superposés, un matelas double et un matelas complet. Cette location peut accueillir 6 personnes avec chaque personne ayant son propre lit. Il a des matelas et des draps de qualité pour une bonne nuit de sommeil. Les serviettes sont incluses aussi.

La location dispose de la télévision par satellite, d'une terrasse en bois attenante avec tables et chaises extérieures et d'un barbecue pour votre barbecue.

Kingfish Private Rental est situé à moins de 300 mètres de la marina de Yellow Cotton et à environ 6 km de la marina de Cypress Cove et de la marina de Venise. Il ne dispose pas d'installations de nettoyage du poisson ou du canard.

Clean/satisfactory stay

Interior of the camp was very clean. The grill had some dirty pans in it when we went to go use it, but other than that, everything was fine.

Property was Very Convenient to Marina .Close !! Pass by Convenience Stores and other Eating Options vs just eating at Marina . Also each had own bedroom and a Monster Big Screen in Living Area . Comfortable place to hang after fishing all day . I would recommend this Property for Fishermen

All in all it was good. Stayed in different unit in same property last year which was better kept up. This years unit needed some repair to a shower and deck. Kitchen well stocked except for foil, plastic wrap and that kind of things. Minor things but could be easy improvements. Would still stay again.

This property is a great place to stay. We've booked it several times and it's always a great stay. It's CONVENIENT a short drive to the boat launch, a very good restaurant (CHANGES ) and a small bait shop that has what you need (WE DAT). When we come to Venice this is our first go to for a very nice place to stay with ample room for a family or friends down for a fishing trip. We'll be back very soon!!

MANY RULES AND SOME PROBLEMS

When we got there there had been some wind , so the outside door was stuck tight in the frame and took too men to get it undone. It was nearly impossible to close after that so we had to push in the top to keep it from blowing and slamming. the tv quit working the second day the light in the living room worked, but the fan didn't have a shut off pull so it was on or in reverse, if you wanted off it couldn't have the light on. The place just needed some maintanece.

Nice place

Nice place to stay. The only downside was that the cooking utensils were put away dirty. Baking pans had icing from what appeared to be cinnamon rolls. Frying pans had grease and crumbles left in them. No drying towels for dishes. Otherwise it was clean, beds were comfortable, heat and air worked great. I would stay here again.
