**Please note: This is the very spacious lower level of this property. There is a separate, upper level apartment which is occasionally occupied by the owners. Rest assured that you will always have full and private access to all the amenities this property has to offer, the lake, dock, patios, yard, fire pit, grill, sandy beach areas, kayaks, paddle boards and hot tub. The owners are very quiet when in residence and try to be invisible. They want you to fully enjoy your vacation at Lake Norman Escape.**

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Please note: Your safety matters. There is a ring doorbell at the entrance of the property.

Important Notes for Your Stay:
• No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
• Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
• Boat Dock Info
Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
• Lake Levels May Vary
Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.
