HOUSE RULES
* NO SMOKING/VAPING inside of the property. Guests will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any smoking in the unit, regardless of any damages.

*Please REMOVE SHOES once inside. Shoe rack is provided. Flip flops, sandals and socks are welcome :)

*PLEASE DO NOT use our TOWELS AND LINENS for hair dyeing, makeup removal, shoe polishing, floor cleaning etc...other than hand drying clean bodies and hair :)
-We provide facial tissue,in each bathroom, paper towels and kitchen towels under the kitchen sink. Additional charges may apply to damaged towels.
-Please be respectful of property and neighbors.
* NO PETS- Though not required we would appreciate it if you would inform us if
bringing a service animal so we can properly clean for our next guests who might
have allergies.
* Use of "Pack N Play" must be requested IN ADVANCE.
* No parties, or events, or extra guests. Guests will be charged the full security deposit
for parties, events, and extra guests regardless of any damages.
* Please respect the neighbors by observing quiet hours: 10pm-8am.
* Please turn OFF heat and AC when leaving the property
* Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property
