Take in the stunning views of Wilson Lake at the 6 bedroom 4 bath “cozy cottage”. Although it's

like two separate houses on top of each other (with the second floor containing its own kitchen), this house offers a cozy feel that family members or friends can spend time together but still have adequate space to sleep 12. The cozy cottage has two piers and a wrap around composite deck on the back of the house. It also has a cozy covered porch right off of the kitchen. Boaters, golfers, families and friends can all enjoy the cozy cottage

Awesome views

Great spot to stay for a golf trip at RTJ. The house was perfect for our group and the location could not have been better.

Nice stay again

Have stayed here 3 or 4 times for group trips - location is ideal. House is nice and well stocked. Starting to need a little maintenance like cleaning the gutters and roof, minor paint to touch up. The cat doors need to be patched up so rodents don’t get in the house.

Buddies Golf Trip

Was a great location for our annual golf trip. Plenty of room and lots of beds. Great location near the course with excellent view of lake. Would recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

We started off with a couple small things that need to be taken care of, but Rafi was extremely quick and helpful about getting it done. The property is beautiful and had the perfect view. Will definitely return.

Needs a thorough clean and maintenance check

This is a great house size and layout for a large group and has an incredible view. However the property needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance work done inside and out - spiderwebs on baseboards, bugs around window frames, mildew in bathrooms, malfunctioning AC, trash left outside, broken outdoor furniture, broken boards on the docks, etc. The size and layout were ideal for what we needed, and it was helpful to have two refrigerators and a big washer/dryer. But we’d need to see thorough maintenance work done before booking again.

Friend Weekend at the Lake

This is a perfect rental property if you’re getting a group of buddies together for a weekend. We had a blast! The house is right on the water. Great space in the house. Everything was fantastic.

Great house for golfing group

Very nice place plenty of room for large groups, our was 6 guys. Comfortable furniture, several gathering spaces with large outdoor deck with part of it covered. Beautiful view of the lake. Will definitely rent again for our golf outings to RTJ The Shoals ( only 5 minutes away).

It was ok for us. Had some mold in one of the rooms downstairs and some water dripping.

Golf trip to RTJ Trail- The Shoals

House was as advertised. Slept 12 grown-ups pretty comfortably. Very close to courses, grocery store, gas station, etc. Owner was responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Grand Wedding weekend

Our family loved the property n Brie of the lake
was super close to where the Wedding on the golf course..grocery store was close! It was a chilly weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy as fully as we wanted
but this place is a super place to stay at for a large family or a group of friends for a long getaway weekend, we r looking to rent again in the future👍😎

Amazing View

Just finished a golf trip where 8 guys stayed at this house comfortably. The view out the back of the house was incredible. The house was minutes to the golf course. Clean and welcoming!
