Relax in this spacious, light-filled condo just a 5 minute walk to the white sand of Clearwater Beach. A master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Large, living room with flat screen TV and comfortable sleeper sofa and recliners. Well equipped kitchen with quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances and peninsula with 4 stools. Master bathroom and second bathroom have beautiful tile and quartz countertops. New windows and sliding glass doors keep the unit quiet. Sun porch has beautiful partial views of the bay and is the perfect spot for reading a book or enjoying a meal at the corner table. Condo complex has a large, heated pool and welcoming courtyard with fountain and pond. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. 21 day minimum lease. Free parking

Lovely condo and excellent location

The condo is exactly like the photos and description. It is an excellent location to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping.

Perfect location made for the best month long vacation!

This was a beautiful property in a perfect location. We had everything we needed, including entertainment, in close proximity. The host was also very personable and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend and stay again!

Paradise Cleawater Beach

Totally outstanding! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Cindy is the most wonderful host. This place is very clean and comfortable. Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, etc... nice swimming pool. We felt like home. Location is incredible. It was a wonderful vacation! We highly recommend this place. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Peaceful Getaway

Relaxing three weeks. Pool steps away and beach two blocks. Beautiful sunsets. Fully equipped with everything we needed to care for ourselves. Couple of glitches (they will always happen) but Cindy and Jamie came through right away and sorted them out. Nice, friendly neighbours in the building. Lots to do and places to eat close by, but far enough away that the immediate neighbourhood is quiet. Recently renovated and felt like home. Particularly liked the sun room balcony facing to the Mandalay Channel.

Fabulous

This property exceeded my expectations. The whole condo is super clean and everything is new. Cindy did a wonderful job of making the whole condo feel so homey. She was also GREAT at responding to all my questions. The location is also fantastic; we had two kids that hate walking and I was worried about all the whining I will hear when I tell them we will work.. this location is literally less than 5 minutes to the beach.. we just had to cross a Main Street and the beach there is not crowded. I highly recommend this location to anyone staying in Clearwater beach; we will definitely be staying here again.

Stay in Clearwater Beach

I loved this condo and would return in a heart beat. I had everthing i needed and more. The beach was a 4 minute walk from the house. It was very clean. Cindy was able to be reached when I had questions immediately and never had to wait for a response. Amazing location & condo.

Absolutely beyond what was expected!

My family and I stayed at this property for a total of 3 months during a work contract. I have two young daughters and absolutely LOVED the location. Only a couple of blocks from the beach (easy walking distance) and away from the chaos of the tourist areas. Yet still very close to all of the restaurants and fun activities (we rode our bikes to everything on the island). The location was incredibly quiet and felt very safe. The pool was a HUGE bonus for us. The condo was equipped with everything that we needed, included extra linens, paper towels, and toilet paper. It was very clean, definitely thr cleanest property we've ever stayed at. Cindy was an amazing host and was very attentive to all of our needs during the stay! I give this condo and stay a 15 out of 10. I will absolutely miss this little peice of paradise!

You and your family were ideal renters. I really enjoyed talking with you and getting to know you a bit. As we recently purchased this property and completed renovations it was so great to have such a wonderful family for our first renters.

This property has an ideal location in the quiet part of Clearwater beach that is an easy 5 minute walk to the gulf and restaurants and shops. We have visited Clearwater for over 10 years and it is our favorite beach in all of Florida.

Located a short walk from the fast pace of the harbor and pier of Clearwater beach, you can enjoy all the amenities of the beach and have a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Children are welcome and enjoy the proximity to a park and playground and our complex’s heated pool.
