Deer Valley - 3 bed 3 bath luxury home with hot tub, privacy, game table
Welcome to Deer Valley, a fabulously remodeled three bedroom, three bath home in beautiful Elk Park on 3 acres of land. All on one level, access is comfortable with two steps to enter. Step inside and enter the kitchen and dining area of this open layout. To the right is the well-appointed kitchen with large granite island, stainless steel appliances, standard coffee pot, and four counter seats. To the left is the dining table for eight. The focal point is the grey gas log fireplace with clean, modern lines. Above it hangs a large-screened smart TV. A leather sofa and four chairs gives seating to catch up and enjoy your friends or family. To the left of the living area is a 4-in-1 game table.
Off of the kitchen is the first bedroom, a king suite with smart TV and a private bath with a tiled shower glass door. The other wing of the home has two bedrooms, each also with a smart TV. One room has another King bed, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed plus a Twin over Queen Bunk. The bunkroom bathroom opens to both the bedroom and the hallway. Near the front entrance and kitchen is the third full bath, also a tiled shower with glass door, and laundry center.
On the deck is a gas grill and an expanded area to the new hot tub. The yard features a fire pit and private views of the wildlife.
Please note that this property absolutely does not permit pets anywhere in or on the premises at any time including outdoor spaces. Bona fide service animals as prescribed by a medical professional may be permitted, and the presence of a service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $750 fee to reimburse the owner for wrongful use of their home as well as compensate for removing pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.
If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee.
âââââââ- Internet is currently through ViaSat. This will stream, but you may encounter delays if trying to stream on multiple devices at the same time.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- There are 4 cameras on this property. 1 is on the front porch facing the porch and driveway. 2 is on the side of the house facing a field. And 3 is on the back porch overlooking the back yard. 4 is on the power/utility pole facing the driveway. No cameras point inside the house or toward the hot tub.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
