This one-of-a-kind condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico from a lavishly furnished living room with unique touches you won’t find elsewhere. Brightly colored walls accented by the Florida sunshine ensure you never stop dreaming of the beach. With four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, you’ll find Mediterranean 601E just the right size for 11 guests. A meticulously maintained kitchen boasts black granite countertops, state of the art stainless steel appliances, and a dining area set against a wide shiplap wall. The master bedroom is a breathtaking room on its own, with a spacious seating area to allow you to take in views of the Gulf. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom for additional privacy. The bathrooms are adorned with marble vanities, and the master bath comes with a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead.

Very nice place to stay.

Renting was easy but was a little bit of a hassle to get the keys. We did not have a car and to get to office for the keys was very inconvenient. Friends rented there also and their keys were in a lock box on site.

Absolutely loved it. One shade was broken and one section of the sofa was broken and the stove never really got hot enough which was a bummer. Other than that it was perfect!!

Mediterranean East

This was our 2nd time staying at the mediterranean properties. We enjoy the location of the property but feel the check in process could be a little easier after traveling for over 9 hours. There are so many codes to the property that it can be confusing. The property needs updating and the door to the balcony (off the living room) was difficult to open. You had to use two hands to open the door and almost lift it from the bottom. I would think that it could be a potential harmful situation. This review was meant only to be helpful. We love the area and would love to be able to tell our friends here in Arkansas all about the Mediterranean!
